Dissapointed.....i order a Monterey Jack, sub Chicken strips instead of meat....the young man that was ringing up my order rung it up correct on the screen i could see....he then went to the kitchen without telling me anything....a few seconds later he came back with the brown shirt supervisor and she was staring at me with him standing beside her looking at the screen...she looked straight in my eye and asked "HOW CAN I HELP YOU" my order was still on the little screen and i told her i already ordered. She then said "WE CAN NOT MAKE THAT"....i then ordered a Honey Bbq Chicken strip sandwiche on a bun, no bbq sauce, sub jalapeno ranch, add Monterey jack peppers with with jalapenos. Im not sure what the young man said to his manager but she was being rude with her gaze and tone of voice....First of all I know at the end of the day it's another fast food place....second, the place wasn't even busy, drive through had two cars and the dining rooom was empty....third, if what i ordered is something you can't make the way o asked, offer me a solution. Dont just say "WE CAN'T MAKE THAT" and make me feel like I am wasting your time...i am the customer and am willing to spend money in the establishment where I thought i could make a burger my certain way....the young man might've said something about the way i ordered it but the response from his manager was to make me feel like i was giving them a hard time...i am employed in customer service and this by far is completely unacceptable...I didn't realize Policies and Procedures would be put at risk with substituting chicken strips instead of meat on a Monterrey Jack....i will be linking this to a corporate email...the date is 11/11/18....I'll definitely think twice before returning to establishment...i frequent here a lot but will be heading to the competition down the street...
Read moream sure that this location will be glad to hear that I will not be back. The location I go to daily on Bissonnet, treats me like I am a 5 star customer. This morning my app sent my order to this Beechnut location (my fault for not checking). When I looked in my bag at the drive through, I noticed two yellow wrappers. I asked the lady at the window if she had double checked the order, because I knew at this point it was not right unless they were out of white wrappers for the sandwiches. Her reply was " I did not make your order, I am only presenting it to you." I pulled forward to check my order and to confirm that i was correct. I backed up to the window to ask for it to be corrected. A manager by the name of Anna came to the window and sharply said " Ma'am you made your order we didn't." I am in customer service and I would never speak to a customer in the tone that she had with me. I showed her my receipt to confirm that the error was on her end. It was obvious that Anna must have been complaining, as every person in the kitchen turned to look at me through the drive through window. She corrected the order then handed it someone else to deliver it to me, without the receipt. I had to ask for my receipt to be returned to me. It was clear on the young lady's face that she was not happy with my request to have my receipt returned to me. This was my first and final visit to this location, and to encounter two people in one location with attitudes is not good for Samuel Ambriz's business. After reading through the reviews I recommend driving a little farther and going to the location at Bissonnet and 59. With online orders, there is no wait time, they even run out in the rain to hand you your food so that you can get on with your day. Please if you are not happy with the job or profession that you are in....change it! Your choices should not effect...
Read moreThird time I visited this location in Stafford on Murphy road. They got my order wrong again. I sat outside in my car waiting for my curbside order after having checked in for 20 minutes before I finally went inside and asked where my order was. They said they never saw me check in but my app told me that I had. This is just one of several incidents in which I had gotten one excuse or another about why my order wasn't right or was it was late. I have never had these kinds of problems that other whataburgers. I generally visit whataburgers in Cypress Texas where my mother lives in assisted living. She and I travel to Whataburger as a treat for her and have great experiences over there. This Whataburger used to also give me the best service. I do not know what has happened over the past 6 months but it has gone to hell in a handbasket. The order to get mixed up or the staff is rude. Please do what you can to fix this I miss my neighborhood Whataburger. And this Whataburger is in my neighborhood I would like for you to make...
