I always have a horrible experience here. The people that work here are very obvious that they hate their jobs, hate being there, hate talking to customers, hate everything. I never get any happy customer service. My orders are almost always wrong. I’ve been charged double from people swiping my card twice and I had to dispute it with my bank (I’m sure whataburger knows that). Tonight my order was wrong again and I just need to write a review. They make me you wait forever for food and there can be an empty lobby and empty car line. Seriously the worse whataburger I’ve been to in Texas. I’ll still go cause it’s close to my house but I’m going to leave this review because they need better staff. I never treat people this poorly where I work. It’s like the staff are doing that silent resignation ALL THE TIME. Sometimes I see them just laughing and standing around doing nothing and I’m there waiting for food. Who cares about me though someone will get “triggered” by this post like “customer service is so traumatizing” blah blah blah and honestly I work hard too and you would never see me treating people poorly because I hate my job. Who cares who cares but I hope whataburger sees this. I hate this location. I NEVER have a nice experience here. NOT ONCE NOT EVER HAS ANYONE EVER BEEN KIND OR GET THE ORDER RIGHT. Is that a coincidence the past 2 years I’ve lived around here? I hope the staff sees this too because they literally don’t even know that little old me with my kids crying in the back seat are waiting 30 minutes after I picked them up from working my 12 hours shift in the med center and wanting a nice burger with cheese and kids meals and then I get home and there’s no cheese or kids treats and who cares about me and my family right? They just hate their jobs and don’t care about doing anything the customer asked for. Whatever I hope they see this. I’m not crying about no cheese but geeez after two years of consistently really bad service like what gives? Why can’t they hire people like chick fil a nice? Like seriously? Go to chick fil a you are probably asking? Yes I go sometimes too lol but who cares whataburger has good stuff too and I want that once in a while and every time it’s horrible...
Read morePulled into drive thru this morning a few minutes before 6am. Two cars in front of me, and it was 6:20 before i pulled out of the driveway. wow.. Not good metrics for "fastfood". but it gets better. When i got to the window and paid, I got the drink, then waited some more. The food came and i asked for a straw, put the straw in the bag and attempted to drive off. The lady asked me as i was driving off if i paid? ok, i back up and show her the receipt and the other lady said no, we gave you the wrong order. so i gave the food bag back and she handed me the correct bag. great, now i drive off after over 20 min in the drive thru. guess where my straw was? lol yes in the other bag. So i could care less about a straw and honestly i am always early to work so that wasn't an issue but... i watched car after car leave the drive thru when they could see it wasn't moving. Sad, losing business in this climate. Also, when i mentioned that they were at at least 7 minutes a car and people were leaving the one lady sad, " she didn't care because she was off and leaving". Fastfood can be hard but and isn't for everyone. p.s. my actual order was almost right, the taquitos didn't have cheese. Now that can be how you order them but when you say one potato and one sausage, that means with cheese since its a default. but meh, it...
Read moreI don't even think I have enough characters for this one. To start, I've been living next to this location for about 6 months and no matter when I go it takes forever. Yesterday, however, was the worst experience I think I've ever had at a fast food place. Took about 5-10 min to get to the order box and when then another 5 to get to pay (no big deal). The guy takes my payment, gives me my drink, and asks me to pull up (no doubt to make it look like their ticket times are shorter than they are) and I do behind a van already waiting. After 15 min I call the restaurant and ask whats going on with the order, the guy on the phone says he's running it out now and then hangs up on me. It was the order for the van in front of me. After another 5 min a girl comes out and asks for my receipt (looks like they lost my order). After another 7 min I called again and the kid who took my payment in the first place runs out the order. After getting hung up on, losing my order, and making me wait for over 30 min extra the manager should have ran out that order personally and at least apologized. I called the customer service line and requested a call back but never received one. Horrible experience all around. Go anywhere else.
