I rarely write reviews but feel this is the only way to get the company's attention. The pizza here is quite good, but it is impossible to place an order online. Between multiple family members using the app on Samsung phones and iPhone, and using Chrome on PC, Google Pay, Apple pay, multiple credit cards both Visa and MC in our names, none of us have ever been able to successfully place an order here. (3 attempts in the last 3 months). It is shocking as this place is clearly losing a significant amount of business from people unable to place orders but seems oblivious to the issue. (I spent 20 minutes picking up and saw mostly Doordash and walkin orders picking up).

The issue is squarely with whatever technology they using's ability to process payments. Some screenshots below. (Not shown: ordering on Chrome mobile says its missing zip yet there's no place to put a zip!)

Every time I've had to call in manually or...

i made a mistake ordering the wrong topping and i called to ask if i could exchange it or bring it back. i understand it was my fault but she didn’t have to be so rude. she was rude when i came in like assuming i was trying to steal an order. i understand confirming orders but she was just very snappy and passive aggressive towards me. i was like so do i need to just order a new pizza ( i spent over $50…) and she was like i guess so and was like i have pizzas to make. i have been to other locations and never had this issue everyone is normally so nice and never like this. i am never going back to this location again because apparently she’s always like this according to my neighbors. the guy here is always pleasant. i would have just ordered another pizza if she wasn’t so rude and i was very respectful and calm to her. this is probably one of the worst experiences ive had and i spent $50 for something i...

I wanted to love this pizza, believe me the smell, the way it looked, I thought I would be in for an amazing new pizza experience. I loved the toppings on their own. Sausage, onion, pepperoni, and mushrooms. They all tasted great. I think the first couple of bites were okay, but I felt there was something lacking taste wise. That is why I tasted all the toppings on their own. Then I tasted crust on its own. I couldn't put my finger in it, but maybe something was missing from the sauce or the crust underneath pizza had too much cornstarch, something, but my husband thought something was off as well. Not sure I will try again. Staff was super friendly and I liked the presentation of the pizza. I ate one slice, he...
