UPDATE 02/19/2020 I am IN LOVE WITH MY NEW RING! My hubby surprised me and took me to Quintanilla Jewelers to revamp/customize my wedding ring. They took the time to go over designs and ideas and stay within our budget. They then took the time to make 3d computer images of the ring, and were kind enough to make me another 3d computer image when I was inspired to create a different design. After that, they make a mold of your choice and you go and approve the design! My hunny surprised me with it on Valentine's day morning and it is so beautiful and unique, I cried like a little baby! 😂 Thank you so so so much for always providing such excellent customer service and talent! Can't wait to make my next custom piece with y'all 😬

Mr. Quintanilla Junior is such a nice and professional jeweler, and he explained the cause of the problem due to the wearing of the earring and he fixed my earring quickly. He has a pair of artistic eyes, and he showed me his sketch book for his beautiful work. He insisted to do this for free even though I offered to pay him at least $20 for his work.

Great work! Took an older Tag Heuer in because a piece of the band broke. New/used bands on ebay were going for $8-900 which is more expensive than actually purchasing an another used watch? Weird. Anyways, so I took it in & they said they could repair it & man, did they. While repairing, they also found other parts of the links that were thin so they went ahead and replaced those as well with parts that I brought in. All in all, it’s some tedious time consuming work that I’m not sure I have the patience for but I’m glad they do!! Thank you again, highly...
