Wingstop — Restaurant in Houston

If i could give this place 0 stars i def would. This is the only wingstop i ever buy my food from i've never had any issues here and if any minor ones presented the workers there would always help me out. Recently though on 5/12 to be exact i asked for extra fry seasoning on my fries since i can tell they were reheated and really dry, a girl working there with glasses and braces whom i've never seen before denied giving me seasoning she said it was extra if i wanted a bottle i told her i didnt want a bottle i wanted just a little put on my fries she said they couldn't take any food they already gave out back in. I told her she didnt have to take it in i can just take my fries out the bag and she can pour the seasoning in them she was so rude saying she can't do that while laughing with another coworker i said okay grabbed my food and walked out. So today i was calling to place an order hoping i wouldn't have any issues this time, turns out i'm blocked from calling with my # i call private and the call went through. I will never be giving my money to this location again majority of my family also purchases from here and i will be telling them not to anymore. This location needs better workers who are willing to satisfy the customer, cause not them acting like the seasoning is coming out their damn paycheck maybe do things right so no one will have to...

Tried this location 3/10/19 the credit card machine was down. I had to get cash from the ATM. The workers talk too much in the back about unnecessary topics that have NOTHING to do with your food being prepared. Makes you wonder what tiny spit ball could have come flying out of their mouth while talking and seasoning your fries. They talked so much that one of the workers said "You forgot to set the timer on the wings dude!" Personally I could see why...They talk way too much and joke in the kitchen. No attention to detail. I literally saw them take an order that they made and let sit for a customer for pick up. The customer that was supposed to get it left hers and grabbed someone else's so they REFRIED the wings and resauced them to make them seem fresh and hot! No customer touched the wings but the fact is you don't do that! Just make the customer a new batch! I waited 55 minutes....they forgot an order of my wings. The only good thing is that the black girl with glasses and Mexican girl with glasses were nice. Wingstop on South Post Oak and the one on Main has some training to do! Try Gulfgate Location! Professional and quick! My longest wait 20 minutes on a busy day. Call in and in 20 minutes they will have it...

I placed an order over the phone with just the right amount of time to get there when the food should have been ready. I ordered ahead to save on time, as it was a busy Friday evening. I hung up and proceeded to make my planned stops only to receive a call from a young lady who said that I had to pay over the phone or they would not begin making my order until I arrived and paid in person. I explained that I was driving and had called ahead because I didn’t have time to wait u til I got there for them to BEGIN making my order. I also asked why the person who took my order hadn’t informed me of that. She said she forgot to make sure he told me. I let her know that I was en route to the restaurant and would arrive in 18-20 minutes. She, again, told me that if I didn’t pay her over the phone then they wouldn’t make my order. I told her to cancel it. I’ve placed countless orders over the phone to this location and have never been asked to pay over the phone. Her attitude was terrible!
