☆Not even a 1☆TERRIBLY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE MANAGER* will never go to this location again!!! Went in to treat my kids, all three of the burgers were wrong. Asked them to fix only 2 of them, gave me one back that was WRONG AGAIN. Me being super flustered because I have hungry kids and now waiting forever for food fixes, the manager "EMMA" I BELIEVE HER Name was, HAS THE NERVE TO BE RUDE AND SMART MOUTH ME INSTEAD OF OFFERING TO help in some way. Then 30 minutes later brings the burger to the table, slaps it down and says sorry about that, rudely!!! Then walks away and mumbles somthing to me. She proceeded to say that she has 4 employees who will back what she says, when I ask for HER bosses info! Btw she would not give me the info... food was expensive and bad even once remade, absolutley ZERO customer service skills shown by the manager. Honesly should not be allowed to work with customers. I feel almost sad giving a poor review but I am hoping maybe something will change if enough ppl speak up. The service is slow (I'm ok and understanding of tbat) BUT the unfriendly tone, lack of care for someone to then put me on the spot BEFORE I even get my food asking me how much tip I'd like to add is off putting. This must be their practice bc it happens every time. I order, pull up, wait for a while then get asked for a tip that they punch in and the majority of the time the worker seems to be half asleep or something. Then I get told to go park and wait for my food or I end up waiting at the window. Zero incentive since Ive already tipped. I'm over the over tipping culture and this protocol makes me avoid Zestys which stinks bc I whole heartedly love supporting...

Called to order food at 8:03pm(restaurant closes at 9pm). Employee was reluctant to take out order, but did with the assurance we could come right away and pickup through the drive thru. Placed our order. Left, right after call ended. Three minute drive. Got there and two cars were ahead of me in line placing there orders. They said food was ready and to come through drive thru. All the food was cold. Only ordered one order of fries, but got and paid for two orders. Fries were cold and disgusting, like they had been sitting for hours. Burgers cold with dry buns. Cheese curds cold. If they didn't feel like making quality food an hour before their closing time, they should have just not taken our order.
