I am leaving this complaint because this is the second time that I have actually received bad service from the manager at this location. The first time I went as I usually go, and since I am also a points member, I paid for a “Medium Iced Caramel Macchiato, a Medium Iced Chai Latte, two Donuts and a Stuffer Croissant and I decided to use one of the promotions they gave me for it. The 2 dollar discount on the filled croissant for the purchase of a drink, when I got to the window the cashier charged me normally but I didn't see the price change so I kindly asked for the receipt and asked why they are charging me something at a regular price if I have this coupon activated, she tells me that I didn't have it active that there was only the QR for the points, after talking she tells me to call the manager and I agreed when she passed by she explains the same thing to me that I don't have it active but in my application it says yes, then I decided to open another promotion in front of her showing her that when she activates it she sends me directly to the same place as the first, without further ado she closes the window and opens the register to give me the difference. After three days I decided to go to the same place and ordered “medium Iced Caramel Latte, Medium iced chai latte and a grilled cheese” when I got to the window while giving me the order I realized that my drink is not the same as the other time I asked the manager if it is normal for the chai latte to look the same as an iced coffee latte and she tells me that it is what you ordered, this time I did not ask for the receipt and I am fine while I am trying it I realize that my drink is not the same at all neither in flavor nor color therefore incorrectly they give me the same lousy service again and please kindly demand that my money be refunded at all and pay more attention to what they give people, and I am sending the photo of what they gave me with what was really what...
Read moreSo I pull up to the drive thru and have to wait a while till someone asks if they can help me. There was no one in line, and from when I pulled up, I could see no one inside. The young lady working asked me what my order was, and read back a completely wrong order. I said no, and told them what it was, and also asked for a coffee cake muffin I had forgotten to ask for originally. It gets rang in, and my payment was processed. Once I get my card back, I am informed that they are out of coffee cake muffins. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to know before I paid for it. Instead I am offered donuts, which were very stale. So I get my stale donuts, and my coffee. I’m still waiting on a latte. About 8 minutes pass, and I finally call the store. When they pick up the phone, I mention how I’m still waiting on my latte (there was no way that they were confused about me getting a latte, since my wife had me pay for it with one of the latte cards). She comes, finishes the latte, takes it in the back, then back up front. She apologizes, and offers me a dozen donuts. I refused them, I mean, I didn’t even want donuts to begin with. I think the worst part was that before I left the house, my wife told me that she avoids this Dunkin’ Donuts, having had experiences like this in the past (one involved someone asking what her order was after she pulled up and telling her that he should listen better). I really will avoid this place like the plague now. I don’t know how it can stay...
Read moreAn hour and a half before close time (as posted on their front door), the 3 teenagers working there had the DD sign shut off, the drive through sign shut off and the front doors locked. As I approached the front door, all 3 looked at me as if a UFO came crashing through the front of the building.
As I attempted to ask if they were open, as indicated by the hours posted on the door, all 3 teens continued to be frozen in place near the counter. The look on their face can only be described as if the UFO opened its door, and an alien walked out asking if they sold work boots.
I gave up on my attempt at communication through windows and doors, decided to drive around to the dark drive through and attempt communication there. Over microphone, attached to the unlit menu, I was greeted by a rude voice from a teen female. She told me nearly everything I was asking for was sold out.
I gave up on my order, as the teens were probably closing early and going home. There was clearly no intention to service customers. I hope they're not skipping out early, and getting paid for it, without the owners knowledge.
I'm done with...
