Was in town for work two weeks ago and ordered a 30 piece wing for carry out. Ordered online and got to the restaurant about 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Order wasn't ready so waited another 5 minutes or so for the order to be completed. No biggie..... I realize the order time frame is an estimate. Got back to my hotel and the first box had 14 wings and the second box had 15 wings. Ordered ranch dressing and didn't get any in my order and zero napkins in the bag..... Again, no biggie..... seemed like a simple accident, wings were good and used a hotel towel for a napkin. Back in town this week and ordered another 30 piece for take out. I specifically asked for napkins this time while at the counter as there were none in the bag again ... I got two napkins after asking this time so I raided the table top drink napkins nearby to get something close to what you might expect for 30 wings. Got back to my hotel.......First box had 13 wings and second had 15 wings. Hey I get it....counting to 15 twice is difficult and in the grand scheme of things... this is a 95% success rate for counting to 15. It's a 100% success rate for error, but I like to look at the silver lining in things. With that said......, this time the wings were not good.....at all. Significantly over cooked (hey that's better than undercooked when it comes to chicken right??), but the sauce I ordered was either not what I ordered or it is going bad. It tasted closer to a bad honey bbq than a medium buffalo. I ate part of the order and pitched the rest. If you're ordering take out from this restaurant make sure your condiments are in the bag, ask for napkins and count your wings before you leave...... or take this review as a decent chance that you'll get your order screwed up too.....unless you like to gamble against a 100% success rate of failure. Won't be frequenting this particular...
Read moreWe visited your establishment at 7pm and were dismayed to find only three occupied tables. This should have been a red flag, despite this relatively vacant restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, our experience was marred from the beginning by our server's demeanor, who seemed unenthused and annoyed to have new customers.
We ordered multiple items, 2 tall draft beers, which upon receiving were flat, the chip trio with queso, guacamole, salsa, and the pretzel bites, The guacamole was not up to par as it consisted mainly of smashed avocado with little else. Our son's chicken tenders were also unappetizing, with a greasy texture similar to breaded rope that made them difficult to cut or eat. The onion rings and queso were the highlight of the food we ordered.
The main reason we chose to visit your restaurant was for chicken wings, but they were so bad, tiny, little to no meat and crunchy, very overcooked because they were TINY! When we expressed our disappointment to our server, he seemed dismissive and unhelpful and stated (That’s Cool, That’s Great) and he walked away in a huff. We did appreciate the efforts of the female manager, who offered to assist and was apologetic. Despite her best efforts, we were unhappy with the overall experience and felt that our server's attitude, above and beyond the poor-quality food significantly contributed to the negative outcome and just opted for our check.
Regrettably, the bill for a couple of flat beers, appetizers and an inedible tender meal exceeded $60+, which we felt was excessive given the quality of food we received. We had previously visited your restaurant 10+ years ago and now remember why we stopped returning. With so many great chicken wing options in our area, we will not return to...
Read moreI would give 0 stars, but the 1 star is for the 11 years of delicious boneless wings we ate every single Thursday (except Thanksgiving) that was a tradition for our family, at 5 when I got off work, I called in our order, my husband picked it up & we met at home along with our 4 kids, & my parents & mother in law would come over too. It was always our treat for them for being blessings to us & being our babysitters. I'm not exaggerating, we've been married 10 years & we started this tradition even before that. When our daughter was born on a Thursday, she was born at 6:00 & then my husband went & got us our bdubs & brought it to the hospital! So this past Thursday, I called to place our order & they tell me NO MORE .65 CENT WING DAY! What?!?! You must be kidding me. I have 10 people expecting their usual in 30 minutes, & they gave no warning of this coming & would not even compensate today by doing it for us one last time, or giving us the "dine in only" special that they changed it to for Thursdays. Wow. I hope that every family that always got carry out Thursdays, completely stops getting bdubs anymore so the ones in the offices of bdubs making these stupid decisions, can feel the decline in sales. I know we will not be going back, any day of the week, which is sad & unfortunate that they felt the need to fill their pockets more with their overpriced regular menu prices after 11 years of dedicated, every single Thursday customers have spent their hard earned money making family traditions with boneless Thursdays! Some families can't afford to buy for 10 people at regular price, OR dine in & pay extra for tax & tip!! BUFFALO WILD WINGS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED...
