I've been coming to this location for the past couple of years and have generally never had a bad experience. Today I was looking for a particular item that the website showed as in stock and went into the store. I took a few minutes to look for the item on my own and when I didn't find it I asked the staff where it might be. The first person was nice enough but didn't know so she went to ask another person for help. The second lady came over, looked up the item and confirmed that it is in stock. She stated that it came in with the most recent shipment and wasn't out on the floor yet. I asked if someone could go to the back and get it and was told that since they hadn't processed their shipment yet there was nothing they could do. Didn't offer to try and look, didn't offer to have it shipped home at no cost for the inconvenience, nothing. Just basically "welp, we haven't gotten to it, check back next week." This store is a great destination at Christmas time to find collections of ornaments that you won't see in other stores. They also have a very nice selection of Christmas trees. Throughout the year they have seasonal merchandise that can help you change the look of your home's interior. They also have decorations for porches and yards. There's an extensive selection of artificial flowers. Just be sure to wear a jacket. It gets very cold in there. It's a huge store and the heat doesn't seem to be on at a comfortable level during the winter. During the summer I don't notice any problems with temperature in there. Surprised by the size of the store and the amount of product that was carried. Huge numbers of chairs, stools, lamps, and small furniture. There is a good amount of items that I did not recognize at the other chain super stores. The pricing on some items was a bit higher but there were those items I expected to be higher but were not. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable when asked about the store and the seasonal area. The store was well stocked and clean. My wife and I was satisfied with our purchase and received 25% off due to nicks and scratches. I can't say that everyone will get 25% off but it doesn't hurt to ask. Enjoy your...
