Honestly, I couldn’t wait to get to my car just to write a glowing review for these ladies! I called to make sure that I knew where this new flower shop was because I haven’t seen anything like this in this area in years. I asked if they had any grab and go flowers and she said no. But was pleasantly surprised when she offered to make a custom bouquet for me to take with me right away! I told them my idea - which was to get my mom a regular size bouquet, and a little mini bouquet for my son, and my two-year-old nephew to give her for her birthday. They asked what her favorite color was and got straight to work. These two bouquets were so adorable, and so tasteful. I am absolutely beaming and cannot wait to give these to my mom! First of all family owned shop, so every time I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile! I know nothing about flowers or arrangements but each time I walk into this shop on a whim, I’m asked what kind of an arrangement I’m looking for and what my price range is. So I will explain the theme I’m going for how much I’m looking to spend and each time I leave it in their hands and they HOOK ME UP my bouquet of flowers ALWAYS comes out more beautiful than expected. I went inside the shop to talk to the owner about my previous flower arrangement. Instead of explaining what had happened wrong with thr flowers, i received an arrogant and nasty attitude. She said how I would no longer be able to order any flowers from there. They had clearly stated from the beginning they would be able to make my flowers yet when I talked to them about it, instead of telling me what had gone wrong in communication they had never given us a proper explanation and denied us any future service.
