Do Not Cater From This Place! I placed a company order for our annual holiday party December 2016 and the entire order was wrong and the boneless wings they gave us were extremely dry, it was a huge embarrassment for our company! I couldn't call and get the order replaced the day of our party because our party was starting in 30 mins and we were renting the space for a certain amount of time, so we rolled with it. I wasn't able to contact Roosters the day after due to catching up on work because we closed our business down the day of our party, so I called the following day. The girl I spoke with was some sort of manager, but said she couldn't do anything for me because it was a business order and I needed to speak with the store manager Jacob. She told me when he would be in, but I was off that next day and for the following week for the holidays. I called Roosters on Jan 3rd or 4th (2017) and I was told Jacob was not there, so I called today (1/6/17) about 11:30ish am and the phone rung non-stop until I got what sounded like a fax machine, I called back and got the same response, so I guess they weren't open for business although they were supposed to be open at 11am. So I called back around 4pm and was put on hold for a while waiting to speak with Jacob and then got disconnected. I called right back and no one answered, called back again and got someone. Finally got to speak with Jacob and told him the situation and he said there was nothing he could do for our company besides comp us $20.00. He also gave me a corp office number to call, which when I called the number no one answered and it was a cell number. Jacob wasn't friendly and wasn't apologetic about the situation. He in a round-about way told me that I waited too long to call and said that he had not heard about it from the manager I spoke with when this happened. I don't intend to call the so called Corp number back, just to leave a message (it's probably Jacob's cell number). However, I do intend to follow up with the BBB. This was a company order and our business is obviously not appreciated. We absolutely will not order from this business again and I personally will not order from this business. I would have given zero stars, but it wouldn't allow, just want to mention that... also I see that someone else wrote a review and also said that Roosters carryout boneless wings were "over cooked, tough", I feel that's also...

AFTER RETURNING - Had My Phone On me and was recording in my Pocket she saw it and told me that I must delete the Video and CALLED THE COPS on a Father, a Mother and a Child all because they failed to prepare the order correctly and left us with Dry, wings. I didnt even ask for all my money back, I only asked for the wings. She made me Drive across town just to get my order refunded. So I did... And she decided to call the cops on something that is 100% Legal.
I only recorded Her and I during the Exchange to make sure she was being Honest and Professional. It was for My safety of lying and falsely accusing me of anything. That is LEGAL under Ohio Law. Any Person(s) can video Themself and a conversation with One other. As long as they are not recording with a device that has any extra audio capture devices that would pick up sound between 2 people or pick up sound that wouldnt normally be heard.... So again 100% a Ok to Protect yourself. FILM.. EVERYONE needs too, its Proof.
I didnt Cuss, I wasnt Rude, I was Direct and Honest. I wasnt willing to get the $5 Credit she was only willing to offer. And when I was given my money back after returning with the food, and Left I said Goodbye, without doing anything but grabbing the handle to my carseat and leaving.

Read moreUnfortunately I have to change my review about roosters. I just had my worst dining experience with them ever that has taken, at least this location, from a 5 to a 0 if I could give it. I ordered takeout which in the past has been perfect for me. Well today, for whatever reason, my food was ready 15 minutes early. I have a half hour drive to get to this location but it's the closest one I'm comfortable going to. So I'm halfway there and I have already gotten a text saying my food is done. When this happens I usually will just eat in the car to remedy the issue but I got no silverware, which may be a product of covid shortages, so I couldn't even do that. So I had to drive the food all the way home after it's already been sitting so once I get it home it's beyond cold and soggy. Then I discovered that my girlfriend ordered an apple juice that was not given to us. I thought that was the end of this bad experience. Stuff happens that wasn't a crazy big deal although it upset my girlfriend to not get her drink. Then I was eating my wings and dipped one in bluecheese. Luckily I looked at it before I went to bite. It was covered in hair. I'm not talking just one. I'm talking enough that it looked like someone cut their hair into the food. I would avoid this location, at least, at all costs. That much hair couldn't have been an accident. I will be posting a picture of the wing with the hair on it for perspective. I will not eat from roosters for a long time now.
