Beware of Fraud.
I came to this store with a promotional mail-in coupon for internet 400 at $29.99. I made it very clear that internet was the only service I needed and wanted.
The sales rep said great, and started to "enroll me." During the process he said they also had a great deal where the first three months was free. Towards the end, it came out that he was actually enrolling me into a bundle. I made it clear I was not interested in a bundle, but ONLY internet.
He said not to worry, I can cancel the other bundle services afterwards and not be charged, and have internet only.
I ask three times, "so afterwards I can keep internet 400 at $29.99" He assured me I could - three times. So based on that positioning I allowed him to enroll me in the bundle, so that I could take advantage that special.
This however was all a lie, spectrum has not and will not honor the terms of the sale. I am now locked into paying for internet at double that price after cancelling the bundle, within 1-2 months whatever savings there was from the "first three months free" will be eaten up by 2x monthly service fee.
This constitutes fraud. Don't listen to a thing they say in the store, spectrum will not honor what they sales rep say or do, and there will no consequences or accountability. You will be...

So when I walked in I was greeted by some woman who worked there her greet was amazing she made you feel relaxed and comfortable and she said I'll be with you in a few minutes. I waited like 5 minutes which was great considering she was the only one working the floor at that time and there was two other people behind me and one in front of me who she was taking care of. Then when she was done she called me over and she answered all my questions and she took care of me in a great, timely manner. She was amazing so was her customer service. I would definitely recommend this spectrum store to anyone . The way she carried herself I thought she was the manager or something because she spoke great. She was very intelligent and she knew what she was talking about I would definitely hold on to her give her a raise or move her up because she well deserves it. Read moreThey are lying thieves. Internet and phone service through them works okay. It seems like every other month I'm calling/going in here multiple times to get them to not charge me for things that weren't part of the advertised price (false advertising). They'll agree to remove something, but then I have to call again to remind them, and after 10 minutes, they finally acknowledge someone else already tried to fix my pricing. At one point they were double charging me for two accounts, blaming an error in the system. I'm only 5 months into what is supposed to be $49.99 for 2 years for internet. Phones are separate charge. The last 3 times I talked to them, they said Spectrum has no contracts (meaning no locked rates for any length of time as they currently advertise, or obligation to do anything), and acknowledge they know they are contradicting advertised promotions, and just keeping saying "sorry", and now refuse to honor the $49.99 advertised for any length of time.
