Like most people I have a normal drink I get at Dunkin’ Donuts. I do ask for less concentrate their syrup and it never has been a problem until I started going to this new Dunkin’ Donuts. The manager here is just the most unfriendly person you’ll ever meet. I’ve seen her argue with countless customers and I guess today was my turn. I asked for less concentrate like I do every day and she told me that it Can’t happen its not allowed. I didn’t understand why she wouldn’t talk to me and I was at the drive-through so I went and I ordered my drink normally at the counter inside instead everything went smoothly. The other woman came out of the drive-through position didn’t say anything to me made my drink, even though she was making nobody’s drinks. She was just doing the drive-through register and made my drink with full concentrate, and then I asked the employee that I was speaking with at the counter if I can get a new drink, and the woman started screaming from across the restaurant that she can’t help me and the poor employee was doe eyed saying she’s too new to argue with her And I couldn’t get my drink like I’m just asking for less like I want less of your product, I don’t understand the fight regardless I will not be going back to the Dunkin’ Donuts and I just left I know that’s not a huge deal just the fact that she went out of her way to Make my drink wrong was very unprofessional and then yelling across the whole restaurant was also very unprofessional and I’ve seen her do it to countless customers she’s just a very...
Read more6/11/21 - drive up to speaker, asked for a decafe frozen coffee, was told they don’t make frozen decafe coffee. When I explained that I had gotten one at this site before, I could hear a woman yelling something in the background. “She” got on the mike and said that all the frozen coffee’s come decafe. Confused I asked, so can I get a frozen decafe coffee, to which “she” replied, they are all decafe, you don’t have to keep saying that. I said don’t yell at me and I backed out of the line. I drove down the street-went to the second shop on Washington street, where I again asked for a frozen decafe coffee - was again told they don’t make them, I said according to the other shop you do. She took a moment, read the ingredients from the Dunkin’ web site and said the syrup is decafe but the coffee is not. I am assuming the frozen part. I ordered a decafe iced coffee with a mocha shot/pump. When I got to the window, very nice young lady apologized to me for the other site’s attitude 1. How was I suppose to know? 2. Read moreI order grub hub a lot and my order is almost always messed up. And I know it’s not the GH driver’s fault bc I have worked in coffee shops and prepared GH orders. Y’all have to start actually reading cups and putting the right things in the right bag. Making sure there’s actually caramel in peoples coffees that ask for it… things like that. I just got half of someone else’s order in my order for Grubhub and I’m missing the other half of my order. Simply reading the items for the ticket number and customer names could have helped avoid that. Mistakes do happen, and usually I’m not angry about it. And I also understand it’s a pandemic… BUT the amount that you guys make mistakes is absolutely unacceptable. People still deserve to get what they payed for regardless.
