Placed an online order and they forgot my drink then my food was cold and to top it off my order was wrong called spoke to manager sieara or Ciara however you spell her name she was very disrespectful when we called to tell her the food was cold she said it’s because we live the next town over and she don’t know what to tell us called back because there was tomato on my husband food he’s allergic she said I don’t see no tomato on my end I don’t know What to tell you now this is 3 issues with one order my husband asked for her manager’s name she said I am the manager I said don’t worry we’ll call corporate she said come in I’ll replace your food no need to make a complaint to get me fired when I got to the store she said I called my GM in not do you have a few minutes not I apologize not nothing about 15 mins her GM walked in she did not introduce herself at all she went in the back got the receipt for my food we compared she said the app shows you saying no tomato no sour cream out print out receipt doesn’t she said sorry about that not once did the Ciara girl so sorry nor did the GM listen to me when I tried to tell her about her shift manager I spent 45 dollars for bad service never again will we ever go back to this taco John they need some serious training you don’t tell your customers “I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU” shows lack of empathy shows lack of ownership for your store computer issue shows you’re blaming the customerBTW I got fresh potatoes and they where still hot which means the original where old I’m still...
Read moremy boyfriend and I stopped at this Taco Johns location last night on our way home from shopping. We had eaten there a few years ago and it wasnt the best so we figured we would give it a whirl, that was the biggest mistake we had made. I order the buffalo chicken burrito and it was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted. They had big globs of cheese sauce on the one end and I took a bite of it not knowing, I thought I was going to lose it right there. My boyfriend ordered two soft beef tacos and in the one taco he realized the texture of the one taco wasnt right so he turned on the light in our car and realized they had pieces of my chicken inside, he wasnt very pleased. He also ordered a burrito and half of it was missing, all said and done he had half of a burrito. The food was just terrible my stomach hurt all the way home to clear lake. The second I go home I ended up having to throw up what I had just eaten thinking it would make my stomach feel better and it certainly did. We have both decided that we will NEVER EVER eat at this place again. I would much rather go to taco bell than this nasty place. They need to get it right at this rate I am suprised they are still open for business. Read moreI feel bad giving one star on service because there are some extremely nice workers at this location. However Kim who works in the morning is so rude. The first couple times I had her in the drive thru I thought maybe she’s having a bad morning. No in total she’s helped me maybe 4 times the last couple months and everytime, she’s super short with me, gets irritated about scanning the rewards, gets irritated if I bring up they forgot the sour cream (that of course I paid for) todays order was a mess because of a misunderstanding, total accident, she heard or understood the wrong thing.
