Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Humble

I went in tonight 11/11/23, I was picking up a grubhub order to deliver. The man behind the countertop, who I have seen working before, and ignored me then, decided to do the same tonight. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, the young man, where the brown none work shirt, was on his personal phone, talking to them for over 3 minutes, then another call came over the main phone, so he grabbed that. There was a lady to the left of me who was already done paying and was waiting for her order, she said she was done and to go ahead and go, as I say there waiting and waiting, this young man refused to help me. He helped another younger man with a drink cup and the same to the lady to my left , after he was done he just looked outside and I proceeded to ask him if he was going to acknowledge that I was there, and after I said that he decided to get rude with me and said that he was helping other people when he was already finished with these people. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to help me and I said well I was there for an order for pick up and he said that he wasn’t gonna give me that order. Now I would of caused a scene but I didn’t and when I walked out I told him that he was racist and walked out. How can you be in customer service if you can’t even acknowledge that I was there right in front of you, even moved closer to the counter top to show him that I had been waiting with no help. I called grubhub and complained, and also sent a message to corporate. I would stay far away if you are white, cause they don’t treat us right since all of them are black working. So I called three times and no one could pick up the phone to take my Togo order. I drive in and order my food because online you’re not given the special notes or request option to type in how you want your wings cooked, also hot lemon pepper isn’t a sauce option online! I go into the store to get my order taken and I explained my order twice for her understanding and mine. She even read it back to me, 10 piece traditional wings ALL FLATS WELL DONE( extra crispy) 1/2 Hot lemon pepper and 1/2 spicy garlic. She tells me it’ll be 25 minutes since I want it well done which isn’t a problem at all, I went to run a few errands and actually ran over time. My order had been ready for twenty minutes so I’m anxious to get back to the store to pick up. When I walk in the lady who took my order says “one minute” and the other employee (black male) working that day (12/16) was sweet. He stopped what he was doing and got my order from the heater. Something told me to check it before driving off and thank God I did! Order just completely gone to sh…so it’s not all flats, and I was given spicy garlic and Buffalo wings instead. I hate drums which is why I don’t mind paying the difference for what I want. Now I’m frustrated because it’s been 30 minutes and now I have to wait another 25 for it to be made right. Soon as I walk back in with my Togo bag the one who took my order (female) goes “what now?” She thought I didn’t hear her but what’s the problem is you’re so consistent with getting people in and out that you’re not by far giving satisfiable customer service. I came in this establishment at 7:14 pm and waited for nearly an hour. I decided to ask the black guy with dreads if I can refund my order and at first I thought he understood my situation (who would be wanting to wait that long) and then proceeded to say, “ all these wings are gonna be wasted” like and? Last I heard was the employees saying they don’t have anymore wings to cook - reuse these wings if it’s such a big problem. And does the food come out of your paycheck? No. And the girl really lied to us talking about how she did call out our name once “sorry if I didn’t say it loud enough”, and the black guy piggybacked off of her and backed her up. Like I wanted to stay there for nearly an hour - I think I would’ve heard for my name. And my name was still under “cooking” on the screen. And they are gonna tell me now that my food was ready 15 minutes ago? And that he thought I left cuz he didn’t see me? But that girl did when she used the bathroom passing us by??
