MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Humble

This is the best MOD I've been to in Humble!!! The staff is super friendly, nice, and cares about the customers that come into their store. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is A++. I ordered a vegetable pizza on cauliflower crust. All vegetables were fresh and available. If you don't see it on the line, don't be afraid to ask. They'll get it for you if they have it. Husband customized his pizza with few vegetables and tons of meat. After I told the staff member that I didn't eat pork so just fix my pizza after his. Not only did she change her gloves but washed her hands before she fixed my pizza. The young ladies who cooked the pizzas, cooked them to perfection!!! Cauliflower crust tends to cook faster on the outside so the center tends to be soggy. I asked them to get it as crispy as possible without burning it and they cooked it just like I liked it. Crunch all the way through. Went back to counter to tell them thank you!!!!! The lemonades are the best drinks there!!! Never had an issue at this location and I at least eat there once or twice a month!! Keep up the great...

This location is very unsanitary. You have to pay close attention to them as they make your pizza. If the meat falls on the counter they will pick it up and put it on your pizza. You have to repeat your order 3 and 4 times, because they don’t listen. Their listening skill are horrible. I asked to scan so I could accumulate points and the young lady told me it does not apply. Maybe she thought I wanted to use the points, I only wanted to accumulate points. Better customer service is so needed here. Also they need to work on their manners… The blonde hair lady, who I believe was the manager was extremely rude and comes to work looking like she just got out of bed. I’ve been to many locations and never seen anything like this before. All other Mod pizza locations place you pizza in a box. This manager places the pizza on the counter. Then when I ask her for my money back she got an attitude about it and gave me the receipt and walked off. ...

Definitely not one of my favored places to get pizza. It's alright, but there's so much out there as in competition. There was nothing over the top about the experience or the taste of the food for the matter to make me put a better ratting on this. The bread is cauliflower which I love. They have more toppings available which I love. Sorry I couldn't give this place a better ratting. I placed a order online for two 12" pizzas. Took 15 mins. When I got there. They had a crowd, but then I saw the online order sign and no one was there. Went there waited for a while. Not one employee asked if they could help me or not. Saw on the right sitting on a shelf not a warmer. Two 12" pizzas alone. Gotta be mine right?
