I’ve had it with this location. It’s always something with them. I’m honestly just over Chipotle. I had the worst experience here. I’ve only been to this location 3 times. Out of the 3 times its been hell. The staff give so much attitude and just do you any kind of way. I mean from eye rolls, to laughing you off it’s just a mess here! This was the time
I had a gift card that I received from Jury Duty. I had just used the gift card at Starbucks with absolutely no issue. I had a plenty balance left.
I was on the edge of running late for lunch. I took a chance and said it would be quick. I got there placed my order and the guy at the front was already struggling and learning (which is fine I get it), but he took the payment from my card on the first swipe. He stated it declined and I politely told him there is more than enough on there to cover the food. He swiped it 3 times in total and it declined. I was unable to use another card because I would have to transfer the money from my other account over which would take a few minutes longer than I had. I was already late for the meeting that I couldn’t miss.
I told the cashier I had to go because I’m out of time and left empty handing, pissed and embarrassed at the way the situation was even handled. It was such a mess before I got to the cashier just because he was all over the place.
I called Master Card and they said Chipotle took the money and its a pending charge on my card. So I had to file a claim to get it back because I left without food. I’m so annoyed by it all.
I reached out to customer service and they would like my bank statement which its a gift card so I have to go through hell to get it instead of verifying this charge by my card number.
Its really been a headache and this location sucks. Overall the quality and customer service with Chipotle has really fallen.

Read moreWhat can I say. they used to be five star. The reason I reduced it to a three star is because they all have bad attitudes. They all look very upset. They make you feel like you're disturbing them for even being there and ordering your food. Maybe it was a time of day. About 2:00. it always happens when people are not happy at their job or making the food it reflects in the food. Ordered my regular burrito and the meat was dry. they picked up the sauce that has so much liquid in it and put it on the burrito by the time I even made it halfways home the burrito was falling apart. The meat had so much fat on it . it was the steak The lady at the registered was handling money and credit cards and picked up a fork and put it in my bag . Really you couldn't pick one up with the glove or something? It seems like a clash of race there. You can tell how each race is very upset with the other one, as if they wish they weren't there. It feels tense at times being there. I wish that they would all get along and realize it's just a job. If we could all just work with each other things would be more calmer. Next time you're there look at the people making your burritos your tacos or even cooking in the back. None of them are happy. They all look angry upset don't want to be there.
