Employees can do their job right, last time we got harrassed by a employee for "stealing" even though we just about to check out with our SHOPPING bag. The employees only evidence was she heard us say we were gonna come back later when we were gonna leave the mall, she said us having products in our shopping bag remind you was evident enough but didn't even point out to us that they had baskets and even LIED to us saying she told us they had baskets this was a clear flat out lie. I'd recommend going to misos or another store because this one clearly loves to harrassing people, also they wouldn't let me bring my mobility aid in once due to a lack of room, so on top of that this store clearly just loves harrassing it's customers and making up lies and stories. Alex and Gcel were very helpful. I came here before once or twice in the past and the employees have been great. Today though, it was excellent. I came in planning on making a return on a necklace I bought for myself but I had changed my mind on it. I decided to take a look around in case I found something to exchange it for so I decided to call my brother who was at home and after he told me what he would want they helped find the exact thing that my brother wanted. I then made the exchange and payed the difference. I really appreciate their help since I barely know anything about kpop. Nice store with a variety of stuff , it was very neat clean and organized! But I must say my experience here was a very unpleasant one. If I would have known my 2 hour 45minutes drive to there would turn out to be such an experience I would have never came. The guy working the opening shift that morning was staring me down like a hawk making me feel so unwelcome. I understand that they want to make sure no ones stealing stuff but the way they watch you walking around... I was scared to look let alone even touch anything. I purchased a few things only because I drove such a long way, but from now on I will definitely stick to buying my kpop...
