Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Humble

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Not only is the chicken burnt up the Mac n Cheese sour and CUSTOMER SERVICE HORFFIC!!! Purchased $39.92 order had original receipt(s) for proof of purchase. Not only was I given burnt chicken was given what I didn’t order. Went in with my receipts and the manager “DORA” runs that location by bullying her employees sooo bad the black lady and Hispanic lady both were scared to do the right thing and make my order right. Once they got the manager DORA on the phone NOT ONLY DID SHE “NOT” AS SO MUCH APOLOGIZED SHE OFFERED ME ONLY A 5-PIECE SPICY CHICKEN THAT WAS OLD AND REFUSED TO REPLACE OUR 20 PIece BURNT CHICKEN WE PAID FOR. She was super rude, no customer service and spoke to me like I was her child or something! I’m 60 years old retiree and I’m appalled! I’ve contacted the owner RUBEN and no response! Went in here at 8:40 and I ordered a 10pc spicy meal with two sides. The heavyset stud said they only had the chicken that they had left. Mind you they closed at 10pm and it’s 8:40. Then she says the put up all the grease but my side was okra. They kept trying to make me get regular and other sides. Then the Hispanic woman with the 90s thin eyebrows said she wasn’t asking the cook to make us anything. When I said I would report them to the management their response was they didn’t gaf! I came here before and my okra and fries were burnt and when I asked for it to be remade they simple said no. To give this store a second chance and still be refused is insane!! The customer service is poor and the customer has to always be put first. They had already shut the store down when we came in. The one on greens rd is way...

Went there today at 9.00 pm exacty and they had all the fryers off cleaning up in the back..they didn't have enough chicken to complete my order and refused to cook more...if this was the first or even 5th time this has happened at this store especially when the heavy set Mexican lady is there ...no matter what time of day it is she's very rude stays with an attitude and doesn't want to do her job, and will give you old dried up chicken in a heartbeat...I take the churches chicken franchise serious it wà the first place that I ever worked and the first place my mother ever worked ...and I took pride in my job unlike the laziness and horrible customer service I see today going on ....ì will be looking for the number to cooperate to file a complaint because this is not a good look...
