Denny's — Restaurant in Humble

Management here is complete trash. I made an online order to pickup at this location and when we placed the order online they had a special that was buy one dinner get a breakfast for free. So we paid for the special which came out to $17 because it automatically gave us the sale price. Which is what is supposed to happen since it is a promotion online. We paid online and to only get a call from restaurant saying she had to charge us the rest of the other meal because it didn't charge us full price. She told us the system had been having a glitch and that's why it didn't charge us. We explained to her that no there cant be a glitch bc there was a online promotion and we had the screenshot of it, if I could show her. She said no they didn't have anything like such, refused to even take a look and she would charge us or cancel the order. I asked to speak to someone in management she then proceeded to tell me that she was " THE MANAGER" and her name was Gloria. She had a complete attitude the entire time speaking to her , refused to even let me show her. So she cancelled the order and we called another location and asked to see if they would honor the promotion if we ordered online from them. She told us that she didn't control the prices online and there was no way she would be able to change it if it didn't charge full price.. So if the online order takes the promotion price then she would have to honor it. So long story short, I cannot believe the stupidity that this manager at this Wilson rd location had. Decided to eat breakfast at this restaurant and observed a Hispanic and white females who worked for the restaurant treat a black female and her daughter very distasteful. The woman I observed was seated at a booth I overheard her tell the waitress I don’t think that it was going to work so the waitress told her that she could move to the larger table the woman thank her and was seated with a young lady and baby. After the black waitress moved her a Hispanic female proceeded to walk over to the table in a rude manner and told them why are you seated there and the woman stated in a calm manner she ask for a larger table and the waitress moved her. Then I observed a white female waitress walk over and ask the same question and was given the same reply by the woman. Then a heavy built Hispanic female who identified herself as the manager told the party to get up very rude. That the table was reserved for six people. That lady was there first before the other group and Denny’s don’t reserved tables on phone and they walk in 10 to 15 minutes after that woman. The woman was angry by this time and told them she and her party was leaving. Then I observed as I left after watching this circus I seen Harris County Sheriff driving in the parking lot and circl back around. My Experience with this place was very very nice and professional and knowledgeable and caring and very helpful and very nice customer services, I just love it and my server was a very nice and friendly person, he was so very very very nice and professional and helpful and Respectful and he had a very nice smile on his face ,that make my day so much better, his customer service experience is very very so special and professional, I didn't believe that I could have same in this place with a nice and professional experience person like him, he had made me and my sister's so very happy today, and I Thank God for that young man his name is Malachi Tyler, I told the manager of that Dennys that they need 10 more of him in this place, The Team of that Dennys locator is great and me and my sisters, we appreciated the Team work service.
