I arrived at the establishment at 1:10 PM, whereupon the hostess promptly seated me. However, it took the server, Olivia, approximately ten minutes to attend to my table. Her initial interaction was to inquire whether I would like coffee. I believe that Olivia would benefit from improved training in customer service communication. A more effective approach would have been for her to introduce herself, stating, “Hello, my name is Olivia; I will be your server today. May I offer you some coffee while I take your drink order?” This method fosters a sense of care and attention towards the customer rather than making assumptions.
After declining the coffee, I went ahead and provided both my drink and food orders, anticipating that she may not return promptly. Olivia subsequently brought my drink but took an additional 10 to 20 minutes to deliver my avocado salad. During my dining experience, she did not return to inquire about my meal or offer a drink refill. Instead, she simply dropped off the check with a remark, "I am leaving the check; no rush," before walking away.
Once I finished my meal, I prepared to clear my table in expectation of Olivia’s return, but another young lady with red hair collected my plates and thanked me for my visit. Upon proceeding to the checkout area, I discovered that there was no one available at the podium to facilitate my payment. Read moreI placed a pick up order and it was scheduled for pick up at 11:30 AM, I waited a while and the order never seemed to arrive and the lady that was hosting in the front was very attentive and asking around to see when my order was going to be ready. Not only that but I noticed the way she was with the rest of the customers and she was giving out phenomenal service! Very fast and attentive with everyone and doing her best to find solutions for everyone that was in the front waiting for a table or trying to pay! She even stopped what she was doing at one point to assist a Spanish speaking customer with the other host! Just amazing! Eventually one of the managers came to assist me and informed me they never received my order, I was a bit confused because I never had this issue before and I had my receipt and confirmation number, he went back to the kitchen and made sure my order was made and it came out fast! I wasn’t upset with the wait only because I noticed how busy they were and it is a holiday weekend, it’s understandable if the kitchen lost the ticket or something else happened. My food came out and another manager apologized and offered me a gift card as well, I informed him that I love this location and I will drive 1 hour to get food from here or dine in here just because of the amazing service I always receive as well as the amazing atmosphere they have here! Read moreWe usually like this place. we brunch here few times a month but today was the worst, last visit was almost two weeks ago with my sister she made a review over bad service but we ask her not too because wasn’t that bad(that’s what we thought), but today was a very bad experience for us. To begin with I don’t see the point of call to reserve , send you to the website give you 20-30min and once you there after the time you still waiting another 15-20 min is just crazy how many of us help to promote places like this but you can’t get a decent food. We don’t want discount or free food we want a decent service…hard bacon..burn potatoes , my waffle was so hard that they even laughed(all waffles in other table were full yellow and soft, you order sausage and you barely see any, they fill those drinks with ice and they can’t even make it right , they forget my order like 3 times , until I get it right , our server keep passing us lol thank God all the servers are not the same and we end up being taking care of.
