Krab Kingz — Restaurant in Humble

Last night I ordered my food at 6:30, I called at 7:05 to ask if the meal was ready. Unfortunately they cooked the food with expired half & half milk for their chicken & shrimp pasta that someone had to stop them to serve to me. They did not call me to tell me they were redoing the meal. I received my food around 7:45, they were so sorry I’m thinking ok the food is going to be right. Once I returned home the pasta had no sauce at all it was totally dry. The meal was $25.00. I called the following day because it was super late by the time me kids began to eat. They even hated it. I called the manager he response I can only give Boudain balls. I have eaten there prior just to order the crab meals. Every time I’m spending a $100.00. I asked if they would replace my $25.00 he said know. Not cash maybe a gift card. No. And by the way I could not understand how can you sell chicken tenders with no sides. No fries, no chips nothing. But only for kids meals. They are definitely highly overrated, and overpriced for what they are offering. It’s much better places than this one. The cups are large & medium to damn overpriced for me. These are suppose to be chicken tenders, with fries. My 7 year old said they look like chicken nuggets. My kids have more sense than them. And I honestly I have never had to write a review like this for any company about the food. The workers weren’t bad, they even said the prices and the menu doesn’t add up. They own workers feel like the manager and whomever is cooking and etc doesn’t have it all together. They need some new people managing their business. Yes, the nuggets and the pasta is a no. My kids enjoyed the crabs but, we can go...

If there was a negative star - I would give it negative 10 stars. We get there at 6:20. There was 1 person in front of us. They FINALLY took our order at 6:45!! They told our family it would be an hour!!! With it being Valentine’s Day we figured wherever we would go would be bad so we decided to stay. They actually brought our food out and in less than 30 minutes. A head of other people that had been waiting when we arrived!! We were told when ordering they didn’t have any chicken, corn, seasonings and ranch dressing !! Food was going to take an hour they could have sent someone to the grocery store to get everything in that amount of time!! The food is not worth the wait at all!! We didn’t even finish our food!! The rest of our family was still waiting for their food when we left at 8:10!!! While we were there another lady went up to the counter and threw a justified fit!! She had been waiting for TWO HOURS and her food still wasn’t ready!! Like she said it was horrible planning on their part!! I mean this is one of the busiest nights of the year!! The absolute worst part of all this is that they were not slammed! When we got there there were only THREE other families there!! When we left there were 7!! That is including ours!! I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Matter of fact I truly wanted to tell the people entering when we were leaving to turn around and go...

Good food, the crab was a bit OVERcooked, because crab that’s cooked correctly ‘snaps’ open when you attempt to bend it, and the entire piece of meat just ‘slides’ out. THIS crab was very ‘pliable’ ….like ‘rubbery’, so getting it out was tedious. What was ANOTHER issue, is that they gave us ‘crab crackers’, but there were NO ‘fork picks’, so we had to try n bend the legs and TWIST them and STRUGGLE to get the crab meat out. We couldn’t even use UTENSILS to do that, because ALL THEY HAVE is PLASTIC UTENSILS. The food, however, was DELICIOUS. ESPECIALLY the LOBSTER. Shrimp was delicious. The seasoning was MAGNIFICENT. The OWNERS, though, would benefit GREATLY, if they would make the dining experience more pleasant, by having actual FORK PICS available AT THE LEAST, or maybe the OPTION of REAL SILVERWARE. THIS……is what would bring in more RETURN customers. All my friend and I could say when we LEFT, was “I can’t wait to go to a REAL restaurant and get some of this. ALL BECAUSE ..of the DINING EXPERIENCE. So NO MATTER how delicious the food, if we had to STRUGGLE to EAT it…..(If the fork pics were there and the offer of REAL silverware, i’d have given this place 4 stars, if there wasn’t a ‘CASHIER’ and there was an actual WAITRESS that comes and takes the order, it would be 5 stars). One last thing, the cashier and the others that work there are lovely people....
