Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Humble

Im changing my review to a one star due to the bad customer service I experienced 10/20/20 by Manger Carlos and another rudely staff member.

After working a 10 hour shift I stop by this establishment on my way home. When entered I was not greeted nor even acknowledged I was waiting to order. Once Carlos looked his words were” You can order here” as I begin to order he’s trying to rush my order process cutting me off, kept asking “IS that all” after each ingredient I said for my sandwich in a rudely tone as if its a line out the door he has many customers to get too. I started to tell him just to cancel my order and leave but I stayed instead He finished by asking my name which I clearly stated BRIANNA he labels be as “Rinna”. Also He Doesn’t even give a wait time, Ask what kind of chips i would like .. nothing just walks off after my order

While waiting on my food I walked on the line to notice you guys sell hummus I asked for him to add hummus to my order I pay again then just walking around the waiting around i’m checking to see if there’s anything else I see I didn’t notice yall had when an male employee on the line ask me “ Am I looking for something behind the counter“ in a rude tone as if I can’t browse to see what else new I didn’t notice your business has or wait for my food in the area I then tell him no just standing here waiting on my food.

Finally after 15/20 minutes my simply sandwich is ready and Carlos just hands me the bag and walks off doesn’t say Thank You , Have a nice night. Sorry about the wait” ask him was he a manger be says Yes! I told him I will be posting a review on my experience still doesn’t try to even care knowing his service was down right rude!!

All around horrible customer service I won’t be back to this location! Carlos doesn’t need to be a manger AT ALL AND STAFF PLUS HIM ( Carlos) needs to be retrained on simply customer etiquette cause this establishment has lost it...

This is my second time visiting Jason's Deli. The food reminds me of Panera on a smaller scale. Sandwiches are delicious. I chose the special which come with 1/2 sandwich, choice of soup, fruit, or steamed.veggies. The soup was a bit salty for my taste and shared that info with the young lady who waited on me. I was able to get the fresh fruit instead. Perfect!!! Please understand the reason for the three stars had nothing to do with the immediate service I received. The reason for the three stars is due to the way the manager was training a new hire. I was in close proximity of him as he spoke to her extremely loud and demeaning tone. It was as if she was beyond comprehending how to do a simple task. Initially I thought he was chastising her. No! He was training her or I should say grooming her to accept that type of behavior. When my daughter, who is an adult ( he appeared to be the age of her son) went to ask for a carryout container, both he and the new hire were standing together. He then responds to my daughter and I quote, "Talk to me"! I believe he needs some retraining in customer service or how to improve his interpersonal skill set. In other words, he was dismissive and abrasive. This is not how you speak to paying customers or anyone especially in that environment. I would hope that whoever staffs this establishment would reevaluate how your management interacts with staff and customers. This young man was early twentysomething and felt he had the right to speak to women in that manner. Hope to see some improvement on that level on...

This place is the definition of uneven. I recently started to consume a plant based diet. I don't avoid meat, just only eat it during the day time. At night I've taken to eating a non meat diet. My favorite order at this location is a Club Royale with no meat and avocado slices replacing the meat. It's delicious, partly because the cook puts on a scrumptious green sauce on the order. It's legitimately one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had and I highly recommend it. I get it when I'm feeling lazy and want to a non-meat meal.

Problem is that quality is inconsistent: sometimes my order is pitch perfect. Other times they ignore my order wholesale and put meat on the order, ignoring the avocado slice request and forcing me to return the sandwich. Other times, like tonight, they remember to put avocado slices on but don't put on the sauce, which makes the sandwich more flat tasting. Then there's the occasions when I specifically order a "sandwich only" and they give me a full combo.

Ordering here is like a roll of the dice. When they get your order just right it's one of the best places to get healthy fast food in the area. When they don't? Well, it's just a giant headache. They're a location that should be 5 stars but because of spotty service and repeated failures to listen to directions I have to give them three stars.
