It has been 15 years since Iâve been to CiCi. I came to the restaurant excited to eat with my best friend. Unfortunately, the customer service was not very good. We did not feel welcome in anyway. When we were placing our orders, the cashier spoke to us in a very passive aggressive manner. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because Iâm sure he was having a rough night with so many customers in the the building. We also noticed that he was making the pizza as well.
My friend and I immediately took our cups and went straight to the soda dispenser to get our drinks, our pizza, and sit at the cleanest table we could find.
I went to use the restroom, but as I opened the door, I was greeted with the strongest scent of urine. The bathroom floor was filthy and the toilet seats were stained. I barely managed to use the urinal while holding my breath from the stench. I even had to use my elbow to get the soap out of the dispenser because even the soap dispenser was dirty.
The final straw was the moment before I immediately left feeling fully embarrassment. I was grabbing myself a refill of orange crush out of the soda dispenser. One of the female workers approached me and was trying to explain something to me, but she had a very strong Spanish accent and I didnât entirely understand what she was saying. I assumed that she was trying to tell me that I could not have a refill. I explained to her that I had no idea and I apologized to her. I took the cup of orange crush that I had already taken out of the dispenser (because I assumed it was still okay for me to take the cup with me since I already poured the drink) and I went back to my table. A couple mins later, the passive aggressive cashier approached our table and started yelling at me. âYou have to pay for that cup of soda! Itâs $2. Youâre either going to pay for it, or youâre going to hand me that cup!â I was caught off guard because apparently I was suppose to only grab a cup of water and not a drink out of the soda dispenser. We had no clue at all. I was mortified. The guy was so loud that the neighboring tables could hear him. I even heard some people from the other table calling me a âthiefâ when the whole thing was just a simple misunderstanding that I felt like we could have talked out. Anyway, I gave him the 3 oz cup that contained my orange beverage and I immediately left the place with my friend.
I was unaware that I had broken a rule, but I really felt like the cashier could have went about it in a more...

Read moreBought my family from Arkansas here about five o'clock p.m. There was a long wait for pizza's to be bought out. Was told we don't make special order pizza on the buffet. The pizza's with the Alfredo chesse was watery. The tables was loaded with plates. I watched a employee sat down and eat like they didn't see the tables. There wasn't a variety of pizza's. The employees would ask what we needed. There's no pizza there to ask for. We paid money to come in to empty pans and had to wait aleast 15 to 20 minutes to get pizza. There were othe customers talking about the empty pizza pans. Employees act like they didn't want to work had attitudes because people were standing around waiting on pizza. No one wanted pizza that had only one slice in pan and had been there more than 15 minutes. At least 4 pans was empty or 2 slices left or the pans empty. I've only been to the one in Northline off 45 they have great service make speciality pizza's for the buffet. Every one in my family that ate only Alfredo had stomach aches and diarrhea. Never will I come to this one again. I will drive to 45 from now on with my grandkids. I really thought humble area would be ok found out real quick. I really wanted...
