McDonald's — Restaurant in Humble

Most of the time you don’t get your order exactly as you ask for it and they seem to be skimping on the salt on the fries( most of the time aren’t even filled in their proper size packaging) and most of the time the fries aren’t even salted or cooked properly. Condiments like ketchup and mustard and mayo on burgers are really freaking dry. If you order at the window a frappe, somehow by the time you get to the window it’s all melted without the extras you paid for and they won’t remake it. Mcflurries aren’t even mixed in with the toppings you’re paying for either , every time since time you order it so it all sits on top and you have to mix it in.

They’re in such a rush to get you out the window they don’t even check to make sure you were given the right food and your don’t even have time to check if your food is correct before you drive off and realize you got someone else’s order. I’ve called and was rudely asked “what I want” and then the call ended after u explained what happened and I proceeded to call back a few times and the calls were ended after 4 rings after 4 consecutive calls in a row to have a remake of my order. I’m not sure why since the calls go through.

**I called corporate after I tried to have this problems fixed and the women inside the store acted like i didn’t just called and didn’t care about my complaint. Refused to fix my problem because” they didn’t work that shift”.

If I can put 0 stars I would! This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, needs a WHOLE NEW TEAM WITH MANGER. Every time you come here it’s always something so I came here this morning in the drive thru ordered a sausage biscuit hash brown with the sausage egg cheese in the griddle and hash brown. Order was showing on screen to make sure it was correct get to the window to pay then no receipt was giving so I get the food . I check the bag I see not one hash brown is in the bag so immediately get back in the drive-thru again I put to the window then the lady at the window acts like she never took my money. I then go inside with the food explaining to them that they did not give me everything I ordered so a different lady comes to take the bag from but takes the food out the bag then sits it on a table that wasn’t CLEAN! I’m explaining to them that I can’t keep waiting why’ll there is just standing in a group talking and laughing. The lady “ Aide” starts to give me the run arounds about something I order and telling her how much everything was.! So I then asks for a REFUND they decline it trying to get me to take the hash browns so I tell them “ no I will like my money back and I was taking no food that’s cold” I ask for a manager the manager “ Rosa” gets a really bad attitude with me and starts to be really rude. This place will kill you I ordered chicken nuggets as you can see my chicken nuggets fell on the floor the young lady bent down to pick up the chicken nuggets she handed them to the young lady in the back the young lady in a bag had gloves on the young lady who touched the food with the gloves on that was in the bag proceeded to grab the new nuggets with the same gloves on from the food she was just handed that was on the floor be very careful he will drop your food on the floor without washing their hands to throw something away this place will give you food poisoning. The person working the front register he never washed his hands after ringing up people food taking their money and go and fix food he was touching food without washing his hands nasty nasty nasty.
