This is the best chuck e cheese site of all of Houston and surrounding areas that I've been too, and we've been to plenty with the new fun pass. Larger site so even when everyone is in, it never feels too crowded and it never feels like all the games are all taken up. There are so many games. Good choice for tiny tiny ones, big kids and the grown adult kids lol. Managers were very sweet and considerate as well. My ONLY complaint with this one is how the counters are handled. There's really nonsense of urgency to get ticket prizes out or orders in, so you can literally only have 1 person ahead of you and still be in line 20 mins. That ended up being my issue tonight. I decided to be proactive. 20 minutes before close I decided to have my baby go get his little prize he wanted Early and promised him he could go right back to playing when we were done. Went up to the front counter. 1 kid ahead of us. The cashier was just not moving quickly at all. Then when the girl asked for cotton candy she told the girl she'd have ti go to the front register to ring that up. The girl said okay. Off went cashier and girl. Do you know the cashier saw us the entire time, went to the front register and then NEVER returned to the ticket counter to check us out. Grabbed a broom and started sweeping up lol. We sat there for 10 more minutes. Eventually another chuck e cheese employee walked by her and she waved for the person walking by her to come get us. In the driest and laziest tone and energy ever lol. She didn't even seem like she cared that we heard her. Finally the next girl not any more eager, came over. Slowly. Sloth like and with a plate of grapes lmao, while smacking, took 2 more minutes to eat and do something on the computer before holding her hand out for our card. My kid only wanted a lollipop lol. It was now 3 minutes past CLOSING TIME, once that whole ordeal was finished.
Little guy looked eager to get back to his games as I had promised he could and I felt horrible that I couldn't honor the promise.
Next time here, we will put up just after 8:59.
**sn, I wish they would make a self serve kiosk for us fun pass holders. The lack of urgency at the counter is an issue even with checking in. You can easily be sitting in line behind just 2 people for 20-30mins and all I needed to do was scan my phone and have the card scanned. Imagine deciding to come in just for an hour 1 day. If it takes 30 mins to get in and 20 mins to get tickets out, that gives you all of 10 mins in that hour for your children to actually play lol. Truly, TRULY, wish that one issue could...
Read moreI had a birthday party for my little girl there and I am very not pleased with the service that we got there. For one the waitress that they assigned to us to do the birthday party was rude and she completely rushed our party. The kids still had food on their plates and she didnt even ask us if we were done with the plates or not she just automatically started picking up their plates of food and started throwing them away I had to tell her to stop or she would have thrown all their plates away. Never asked if the adults needed or wanted anything never asked if we needed refills or anything. She was very dry humored didnt really do any of the things with the birthday song dance I had to ask several times when was my daughter going to get to do the things that came with her party.i paid 20 bucks for a balloon that sings for my little girl and it worked when I dropped it off and then when we got to the party after they had blown up the balloon it no longer sang. We finally just told the waitress that we have everything handled because I mean we were sitting there eating and she is walking around sweeping at our table while we were eating. Dont order a personal pizza from there because your going to 14 for basically just a little pieces of pizza like not even small pizza way smaller thenthag for 14 dollars. And the waitress had the nerve to tell me not once but 3 times that she does accept tips which is just rude a waitress is not supposed to ask for tips needless to say we wont be having anymore birthday partys...
Read moreMy children enjoy coming here, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this Chuck E. Cheese location. After driving 30 minutes with my family to enjoy what is usually a fun outing, we were extremely disappointed with how we were treated.
Despite being loyal customers who spend between $300â$400 each visit, we were met with hostility and disrespect upon returning due to a billing concern. We had mistakenly overpaid and wanted to inquire about the possibility of applying our payment toward a Fun Passâa simple request we believed could be resolved with courtesy and understanding. Instead, we were spoken to rudely and accused of trying to get something for free, which was both offensive and uncalled for.
While the location itself is clean and not overcrowded, the attitude and behavior of the staff member we encountered were completely unacceptable. If youâre working in customer service, treating guests with respect should be a priorityâespecially those who return frequently and invest so much in your business.
No one deserves to be yelled at, and had we responded in the same tone, Iâm certain the situation would have escalated unfairly. The bottom line is this: if youâre inviting customers back to correct a mistake or accommodate an issue, donât turn around and tell them nothing can be done. Itâs frustrating and deeply disappointing.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests receive the respectful and professional treatment...
