UpdatedZERO Stars My husband wanted to give this place another chance. So we did. I told him it is NOT worth coming to this location again. We went inside to order our food to go since drive thru was slow. My plate of honey walnut shrimp only had 4 small pieces of walnuts. When I asked for more walnuts I was told they just ran out of the dish. Ordered 2 sides of fried rice and I'm glad we checked them before paying. They were not even filled all the way. Asked for a large rangoon and was told they don't have that and they only sale it in small. NOT true since when you look at the menu to order from online it gives an option for small AND large. The food was not hot and the portions not up to par. If you are looking for disappointment then sure this is the place to go. I'd rather drive to the Kingwood location where we've never had issues and the employees know the menu.
Update Still one of the worst Panda Express locations. Just left the drive thru. Ordered the teriyaki chicken. I was told that they don't have any ready at the moment and it would be 15 minutes before it was ready. At 11:50 a.m. you would think that they would have all of their menu items ready and available with no wait
I would really give zero stars if I could. Since when does a Chinese restaurant NOT give you fortune cookies unless you ask for them?! Fortune cookies weren't the only items missing. Called the store and got hung up on 3 times. Talked to the store manager, DANNY, and he was quick to dismiss me. Did not even bother with an apology. He did not even give me a moment to tell him that the Rangoons were more shell than insides or that there was a contact lense in our food. Definitely will not be ordering from them again. I will however be happy to contact the Better Business Bureau for the lack of customer service and the Health Department for their lack of...
Read moreI didn't appreciate the customer service I received today.I ordered a plate and 2 orders of egg rolls. I wanted 4 total egg rolls. I got soaked placing my order because it storming outside and that's to be expected when going through drive thru. I get to window and check food only to find 2 egg rolls. So first let me say I asked for 2 orders because normally any other time when I come I am told they come in orders of 2 so I expected 4 total egg rolls this time. The cashier then tells me that no it only one egg roll. So I asked if I could get 2 more egg rolls . He tells me no he can't take my payment here but it's only one window for payments. Then says I have to go back around in the drive thru to place an order for egg rolls. That's was a waste of time in my opion because it pouring down raining. No one was behind me and no one in drive thru. I felt he could have just charged me and gave me my egg rolls to be on my way. Why go back to drive thru only to get soaked again. Then his reasoning was bogus saying you can't add anything at the window when I have added drinks, egg rolls and other items at the window before. I was very displeased. Why work in a customer service position if you don't have customer service skills. I have come here to many times and spent well into Panada Express. Next time I won't be as polite and forgivingabout the distasteful entrees. I'll just save my meal and call the board of health. Get...
Read moreToday's March 24 2024. I purchased the honey sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken. I haven't been to panda express in a long while. Today I was in the mood for it again. But after tasting the food I don't know. Honey sesame chicken wasn't sweet nor was there any hint of Honey that I could taste. It tasted OK could better. The teriyaki chicken is not even teriyaki chicken. In the past they used to put the teriyaki sauce in the chicken. Now it tastes like grill chicken and the sauce is given separate and you have to ask for it. So if purchase teriyaki chicken and forget to ask for the sauce you just spend money on a small portion of grill chicken. You can find larger portions on grocery stores or grill chicken locations. I also asked for rice and noodles(chow mein) . The potions were small. I finished them first before I finished the meats. I remember in the past the quality and taste and portions were better now they charge more but the food taste plain or OK.. i don't know if I'm coming back. The teriyaki chicken in the deerbrook mall (japan at the food court) is better and bigger portions for about similar prices. I also purchased a watermelon drink that taste plain and like It was made from a...
