(I WAS ALREADY THROWING MY FOOD AWAY BECAUSE OF HOW DISGUSTED I AM) SO I GLADLY STUFFED EVERYTHING BACK IN THE BAG AND GAVE IT TO HER. SHE CLAIMS THE POPCORN CHICKEN PEICES THEY HAVE ARE SO SMALL THERE WAS NO WAY IT COULD'VE BEEN RAW WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY RAW PINK AND CLEAR (SIMILAR TO HOW YOU FIND IT THAWED OUT IN A GROCERY STORE) INITINALLY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME OUT WHEN WE PAGED AND LET HIM KNOW THE FOOD WAS RAW, WE GAVE IT TO HIM, SHOWED HIM, AND TRUSTED HE WOULD TAKE IT BACK TO HIS MANAGER (I'M SUSPECTING HE MAY HAVE BEEN THE COOK SO HE DIDN'T WANT TO SHOW THE MANAGER) SHE CLAIMS THEY ALREADY THREW THE RETURNED FOOD AWAY AND ONLY INSPECTED THE FROZEN PIECES THEY STILL HAVE IN STOCK.
UPDATE: we spoke to the owner, Kayce, and her employees gave her a different story than we did leaving out the details of 1. Us showing the chicken to the employee who took it back. 2. Her manager bashing us claiming all we were looking for was a free meal. 3. Her failing to inspect the evidence we provided her. Read moreMy old review is no longer valid. This Sonic completely disappointed me recently, and the staff made sure I couldn't do a review with the company directly by not giving me my receipt back. I ordered 4 drinks, 1 route 44 water, no ice, and 3 Diet Dr Pepper no ice extra cherry flavor, extra vanilla flavor. The water they got correct. However, the 3 Diet Dr Peppers came out looking like muddy water and tasted horrible, and one was leaking so bad my whole pant leg was soaked and they were in a cup holder. I sent them back, and they came back the same way again. I had to go over to the door knock on it and tell them I had no idea what this is, but it isn’t what I ordered. I have ordered this drink countless times from many different Sonics, so I know this drink it is my favorite. Now I will say on the third attempt, they did get it correctly, but it took three tries and about 30 to 40 minutes in total to get this corrected. I haven't been back since because I just don't want to go through that again. It was so sad because this Sonic was doing amazing. Hopefully, they will be amazing again. Read moreChanging my rating from previous visits from 2 stars to 1 because I'm just fed up. 4 times I've given this location a chance over the last 6 months and 4 times I've been disappointed. Mostly the staff is nice enough but holy cow the wait! Every time! Today, on a Sunday, at 10am with only one other vehicle there when I arrived, it took 15mins to get one croissant sandwich. No drinks, no sides, no modifications, just the one sandwich. Guys I've worked food most of my 15yrs of employment and have even managed kitchen staff at one point; I'm absolutely understanding when things are busy or it's a large/complicated order, so this is not some irate soccer mom with a "Let me speak to your manager" haircut. This complaint is coming from someone who hates to leave bad reviews about things cause I understand the struggle of food business, but this is the only Sonic in my area which means I won't be getting to eat it anytime soon and I'm both frustrated and disappointed.
