I submitted a mobile order at 3:56pm on 10/23/2018. I arrived at 4:05pm. Coffee not ready until 4:10. 14 minutes after I sent a mobile order. The short haired barista with a tattoo on her arm about where you've been and where you're going, was quite rude. I didn't see it and asked when I arrived. It was in her hand. She said she's working on it but then set it down and filled 2 other orders. When I peaked over the counter to see were it was at, contemplating leaving as I was in a hurry, she said very condescending, "it's right here" as she picked it back up, dusted it with cinnamon and put a lid on it. I'm quite certain it sat there for no reason. Then I received the cup and suddenly felt how light it was. I immediately could see about an inch of cup at the top showing. I expressed my discontent with thw barista who smirkingly suggested that she could remake the drink, but at this time I had absolutely no time for that. Read moreI ordered 2 coffees and one of them came out tasting like something other than what I ordered. I asked about it, to make sure this was the right coffee. The girl rudley said "well we can remake it." I handed her the coffee and she rolled her eyes at me as if I really upset her. As I stood near the counter I saw her hand the coffee back to the girl who made it and say sarcastically that I thought there was no pumpkin in my drink and then started making fun of me and the situation making comments to one another and laughing about it. It was so offensive my husband told me to ask for the manager. I did and when I told the manager the issue she said yes "I know I asked them to stop", as she was right behind them near the drive thu. Read moreThis location gets one STRONG star from me, for consistency. They have been consistently terrible at providing decent service to their customers. They're below basic standards when it comes to returning your form of payment appropriately; often times not returning your card or simply giving you the wrong amount of change back. However, today I encountered a new disappointment from this location. In addition to having to ask for my debit card back, I had the displeasure of drinking a bleak cup of cold coffee to pluck me from my morning stupor (and no, I did not order my coffee iced). Overall, I have decided to take back my mornings and never allow this location to "service" me again. For those who enjoy a drama-free cup o' joe; seek refuge elsewhere.
