Worst experience ever. I was trapped in line for 40 minutes before coming to the window and was charged for someone else’s food. After I asked for a refund I was told I needed to pay an additional fee for my food when i asked why it was so much and that I still wanted credit the “manager” on duty came with a borderline attitude over talking me trying to convince me she was right about my order. Instead of actually asking what I ordered she proceeded to say she needed to talk and read the order which was still wrong. After confirming what I actually had she closed the window and had another team member asking me to pay another $17 after I had already pay $24 so now I’m confused. She claimed I was refunded but there was no proof. I asked why I didn’t get a receipt as proof of a refund she said their policy is to keep all receipts for their use as if they couldn’t print two. I told her it made no sense for me to double pay and I wanted proof I was refunded. She goes to make a copy of the original receipt I pay for and like I said that’s not proof of a refund. Normally the customer has to sign for the refund which I did not so if there is one it’s forged and I can come back to prove it. She asked me to get out of line when I said I’ll wait for my refund I told her no I’m a customer as well and I have not been help at all just wasted an hour of my time and we still didn’t the food because I wasn’t double paying for food. I will disrupted with my bank but this is totally unacceptable. I hope upper management sees this and trains get better. She was yelling at the employees and had an attitude with the guest. I believe her name was Dayna if I can remember the...
Read moreMy family and I arrived at this location today, March 6, at 10:43am. We went through drive through because there wasn’t a line of cars and we figured it would be quicker than getting off. We ordered without any issue, other than no diet Dr Pepper (no big deal). We were instructed to wait on the right hand lane, which we did. I could see that one car had already been asked to park and wait for their food. He must’ve been frustrated because they were honking, I suppose they’d been waiting a while. The car in front of me was also asked to park and wait after 5 to 10 minutes. Keep in mind that at this time, the lunch rush hour had not yet begun, at least not when we arrived. Then, a worker came out with some food. She was about to hand us the food, but then asked if we had paid. I said no and she also didn’t have our drinks. She went back inside and then a few minutes later came out with just the receipt. She asked if I could pay with cash. I said no, I could only pay with card. She then asked me if I were sure I couldn’t pay with cash. I had no cash on me. I don’t know if the credit card machine wasn’t working, but she didn’t mention this to me. The first car that was already parked honked again, still waiting for food. The second car that was asked to wait, still hand the gotten their food. We waited a few more minutes and decided to leave because we had no idea if we’d receive our food, if the order would be right, or even be able to pay. We wasted our time at this location and left hungry. I can’t imagine the craziness if we’d gone at rush hour. I would stay away from this location and advise management to look into...
Read moreThey are ok, the chicken fajitas is very good. But one time I ordered a fish sandwich, the fish patty color was brown like a meat patty. When I call to let them know, the PM manager said she's the one who put in there and is fresh. I told her that the oil need to change and is too dry as well. Even I told them that I don't want it too dry or overcooked the fish. I couldn't eat the sandwich and take it back to them next day. But one of the Spanish lady manager AM she is very nice. Even she agrees that the fish was to dark, and I finally get the nice fish sandwich. I was wondering why the staff not noticed or put more heart to work. Not just do it and get it done then get pay. It seems like Texas people that I seen just collect the paycheck and not working with their heart.
Just look at the employees using their gloves touch everywhere, door, register, hand it to customer in drive thru, and handle cash, etc. on the same gloves for Customers order. When they bagging is big major concern the sanitation. Not to scare you, who knows if they change the gloves when they clean the bathroom, changing trash can bags and I don’t see any different from not having the gloves on. Because they don’t change gloves, are they using the gloves just to protect their hands and not concern the customer health?? I was wondering how they can pass the food handling test to get the...
