Ive come to this Shipleys so Many times and never ONCE ive had an issue i wouldn't make this a big deal If the Employees were Just Understanding But I can see they want to feel power because one is a "manager" of this location so i asked for ice coffe and they Wanted to fill the cup With ice and A little coffee this is a Scheme a Tactic for more money less product sold since i know this i said please less ice and they dropped 2 cubes I Laughed said less pls and they fussed saying they couldnt give me the coffe with more coffe and less ice ... Funny I can see some people reading this Laughing and Confused on why they want to force sell ice not coffee anyway i came to buy kholaches & Iced Coffee and they tried selling me Ice with an OZ of coffee and they said the manager told them they need to fill the cup with ice to the top first and then put little Coffee i was so confused so i asked "if i wanted icedcoffee with no ice would you sell it to me?" They said "No because it needs ice for it to be cold" i said "the machine Makes it cold So if u serve it its already cold..." I placed a mobile order for a few kolaches, donuts and two coffees (one regular coffee just black, and one salted caramel coffee. I went inside to pick up my order and was given one regular coffee. I showed the employee my receipt off the app saying I also ordered a salted caramel coffee. She kept saying no and that I just had the one regular one. She kept pointing to my bag of food saying this is what you ordered. Even after I showed my order from my phone multiple times, she kept telling me no and I that I didn't pay for a caramel coffee. The printed receipt attached to my order didn't list the caramel coffee so l'm not sure what happened- if there was an error when it printed out or if there was a missing second part of the receipt? But the employee was extremely rude and would not try to figure out what happened even though she could see that the caramel coffee was in my order that I was showing her in the app and my also on email receipt. She never once tried to see what happened nor give me the coffee. I left - with no caramel coffee that I paid for. I submitted an inquiry in the app afterwards explaining what happened at this store and never heard anything from them (of course!) I come every so often to this location before work in the morning, and I've never had an issue in the past. Today, however, I received an expired milk. When I first took a quick sip of it, I immediately knew it was no good before I actually drank anything. No exaggeration to say it was the grossest thing I've ever tasted from a restaurant. I looked to see the expiration date, and it was almost a whole MONTH past expired.
Usually I don't care that much when my orders are messed up, but considering just how bad the milk tasted, I had to leave work to give them the opportunity to do something about it, but I was not satisfied at all by how they tried to fix it. Very apathetic and complacent. The guy who first greeted me instantly knew something was wrong when I walked in and he was genuinely concerned and nice, but the manager did not give two s**. Once he told her what was wrong, she did not care whatsoever.
