Chronic Tacos — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

i really like this location its close to home i normally order online which is convenient especially after coming home from work and the gym i can have it ready. the staff is always nice and helpful also the manager/or owner who ive seen a couple times super friendly! the pst couple times ive been having problems with my order either missing items or all wrong.A majority of the time they are accurate although lately ive been having to check everything before i leave to make sure its right. the first time my husband’s carne asada burrito was made incorrectly had all kinds of random ingredients and i had to make a trip back. well, same with the other night only a couple items were right the rest was all wrong had 6 random tacos, a kids quesadilla with no chicken in it and a small container of churros none of what i ordered and had to make a trip back out to get it corrected. by that time it was almost 8:30 and time to close, luckily i made in time. i understand mistakes happen we are all human its just frustrating when u get home from work and the gym its 730-8:00 at night and u are hungry/tired and just want to eat dinner and go to bed but none of your dinner is what u ordered so i tried calling but i just got a recording and nobody answered so i made the trip back. hopefully next time it will be better :) gonna...

I would give 0 stars to this place if I could. I am not one to leave negative reviews (ever) but this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered on the phone for order pick up and my first red flag should have been how rude the employee’s phone etiquette was. When ordering, I asked for all sauce & salsa on the side as I wasn’t sure if my young kids could handle the spice (I explained this on the phone) and when I came in and there was sauce on every single taco and I asked about it, the employee from the phone order argued with me, insisting I said nothing about it (as I said, I even explained on the phone why) and stomped out the room. Like… he literally threw something down and stomped out. No other worker apologized or said anything about it. It was the most awkward experience I have ever had. Had I not already paid, I would have left and gone somewhere else, but instead I paid for bad service (major regrets as I even tipped them), an order that I was shorted several items on, and an experience I wish I could take back. I will never go here again. Do yourself a favor and find another taco place,...

The only reason I gave this location 2 stars is because it's in Bella terra with nice outdoor seating and a fountain...

else it would be a complete 1 star for the food and I am basing that only on the worst bowl I can ever remember having...Definetly not chronic (no pun intended)! Maybe it was because it was off hours I went in at around 3pm? I am trying to justify what went wrong??? I didn't get any dressing in the bowl maybe that would have helped?

It was so bland and boring and I was hopijg the little meat in the bowl would add a little flavor but really if i couldnt see the little bits of pieces of meat i probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the meat and the cabbage taking a bite (i had steak and I think the chciken maybe better).

So like I forced myself to eat a few bites and try to get some redemption for the $13 i just spent for a tiny worst bowl ever had... telling myself damn I should have gone to...
