I have no need for a bakery, so I haven't looked into or tried any of that stuff. I just go for the frozen yogurt. They've eliminated 1/2 of the flavors, it's OK by me - I usually only like the basic ones anyway... Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, cookies n' cream, cheesecake & another flavor two. Things that I dislike that hopefully, will end once Covid restrictions are over: 1. You have to pay ahead (one price per size, regardless of how much or how little you get. Totally unfair to have to pay the same amount for 3/4 of a serving when someone else can totally over flow theirs for the same price. 2. They don't have signs that tell you this, so you get into line & don't find out until you get to the front to tell the server what you want. 3. They serve it for you. The last two servers at this location were great & put the flavors side by side like they should be, but I've had one server (don't remember which location) just pile one flavor on top of another like an ice cream cone. If I had wanted that, I would have gone to Rite-Aid for Thrifty ice cream. As I said above, hopefully service will go back to...
Read moreFirst time Holsom experience! Coming to Holsom was pretty easy. They have a pretty big connected parking lot in the small strip lot it was all attached to.
Coming into the store, you'll see both some familiar and new items. You see the normal Yogurtland set-up to the left with yogurt and toppings. In the middle of all this is a bigger kitchen area interestingly which is where the toasts / bowls are made.
I decided to go for a grain bowl with the Greek Style. It came with brown rice, olives, some veggies, pickled onions, a lot of hummus and some tzatziki yogurt. I was really surprised by how big the bowl was and actually made for a filling lunch. The hummus especially was really generous and overall, I was surprised that it was flavorful and delicious.
There was some outdoor tents outside in case you wanted to eat as well and the whole process was super speedy. I also noted there were some tablets for a...
Read moreThe worst service and preparedness of product ever. I've been going before for many years, but today, this last experience was overwhelmingly terrible. I asked about the shake, and none came out. The employee couldn't figure it out , went to the back and didn't tell me anything, just was gone for a long time. Then the other guy came out and was just as inexperienced and non communicable as the other girl. Then there was no strawberry, vanilla or fudge. The employees couldn't Express any communication. It was like dumb and dumber. Earlier that visit nobody was infront, nobody answered our calls, those 2 had no clue about anything. Usually there's at least one lead. I was late, and about to walk out. Whoever is the manager or owner needs to evaluate their personnel and all sop standards for them, or just even basics and proper polite communication to patrons. Monday, March 18th, around. 545 PM. ...
