Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Hi, I'm Sara! I work here 5 days a week, closing shift. I've worked here for almost 6 years now. I love my customers more than anything and I try my absolute very best to give every single person that comes through, an extremely pleasant experience. It's the little things in life that matter & mean the most. At the end of the day, even a small yet pleasant experience goes a long way. That's my goal with each and every customer I come in contact with. I go above & beyond for everyone & whether they appreciate it or not, at least I know they can always leave here with having a great customer service experience and a good impression. I just want to treat ALL my customers with the upmost respect and kindness. I do my best to leave a good impression. I just want to give my customers what they want/deserve and what they pay for and more! So they're ACTUALLY getting their MONEY'S WORTH (plus more when applicable). I've NEVER EVER had a negative review from any guest and I've NEVER had a negative experience/interaction with a customer either, in fact, quite the opposite! That's another determined goal of mine working here at Jack. I want you to be impacted (even just slightly) in the best way, by my customer service & by your experience at Jack with me. I know working in the food industry or any industry with customer service, it's become a rarity to have a pleasant and impressionable experience, ESPECIALLY if not only that, but ALSO getting your entire order correct and receiving all the items you have paid for/requested AND THEN SOME! I don't believe in doing just the bare minimum.. My customers deserve the most and that's exactly what they get when they come to Jack and I am there to take care of them. I can't speak for the rest of my fellow coworkers or other Jack locations, BUT I can assure you, with me, you will get the absolute best fast-food experience! Thriving to make each customer smile, laugh and hopefully leaving with an undeniable positive and enlightening Jack in the Box customer experience. Most people are shocked to receive such good customer service, especially in fast-food and especially especially at Jack In The Box.. Sad to say, but unfortunately true.. But I appreciate every one of my customers, regulars and one-timers, all of them, so very much! They are what drives me on a daily basis to go above and beyond and ensure they are well taken care of. I thank everyone for all of their amazing & positive feedback and reviews.. They truly mean a lot to me and make everything I do at Jack definitely worth it. It makes me feel like what I do and how I do it here REALLY MATTERS! Thank you to all my customers! May the upcoming holidays be filled with joy and good times, as well as the end of the year holidays, may they also be just as joyful & jolly & bright & may the New Year bring nothing but great things and positive vibes and good memories.. Came here to get a snack for the ride home, my husband went to the restroom and I grabbed the food from the counter and politely said thank you. When my husband came back from the restroom, turns out he wanted some ranch so we went to the counter to ask the employee if we may have ranch. The employee rudely said,"I asked if you wanted sauce and you didn't say anything so" ---uhm what? I have APD, so not only was the employee rude with that comment to someone in general, but also rude to someone with a disability. Extremely rude and I'm actually a very sweet person, so that was uncalled for. Even if I did hear, what if the food was not for me? What if my husband wanted ranch? You would think now that people are getting $20 an hour to flip hamburgers they be much happier people, no if anything now the service is even worse! Spend $20 ask for one extra sauce, and they wanna argue with you about it, this place takes their customers for granted. Why they would wanna start a fight with a customer over one lousy sauce is beyond me , I even offered to pay for it till she got an attitude with me.
