Succulent Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

This place is gorgeous BUT i don’t come that often anymore and probably won’t again because every time recently I ask for light ice they announce that they will not be filling the cup up fully with my chai latte just because I ask for less ice i will see an inch or so of less drink….. then why offer sizes at this establishment lol. At what coffee place or restaurant have u ever said can I get a small with no ice please and they say ok but half the drink will be missing since u don’t want ice lol. It’s a joke. it just doesn’t make sense as a drink establishment to not fill ur cups to the sizes you offer. Also only one employee was ever really friendly here all the times I’ve been, which is fine I’m not a huge conversationalist or anything but a smile when taking an order would be nice at a local coffee shop lol i feel bad leaving a negative review for a local business but the size thing is a bit out of hand. I paid $8 for and overpriced SMALL coffee. It was good but not $8 good. The young man ‘helping’ me out barely spoke to me. There was nowhere for me to sit so I stood near the register waiting for my coffee. I wondered to myself why my coffee was talking so long if I was the only customer ordering anything, only to find out my coffee was waiting for me on the opposite side of the counter, out of my view. What a fun coffee shop. My wife had a flat white and I had a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. Her flat white was served in a real coffee cup and had one of those cool coffee designs poured into it. I don’t drink coffee but she said it was really good. My breakfast sandwich was made for me when I ordered it like I was a guest in there house not some premade wrapped in plastic version that a chain store would give you.
