Fantastic hot chicken. As good as what I've had in TN and Brooklyn. I had the chicken sandwich (hot) and potato salad. Sandwich was flavorful, hot, and a generous size. Coleslaw on the sandwich balanced the heat well but didn't take away from the flavor of the chicken spices. The potato salad side was an elevated recipe and I loved it. However, for $14 I would ask the management to either train on really stuffing more potato salad in the container (really show you tried to give me all you could), or get a slightly larger container/portion. Compared to the fries, it's like 1/3 the food volume.

My friends got the crinkle cut fries and they were also bomb. The Mac n cheese was kind of cool and didn't go that well with the blazing fries we got. Could be cuz we did take out and ate like 10 minutes later.

Will be coming back for more. They just opened so I'd guess the kitchen will get...

I came here by myself to try it out, and it did not disappoint it was so good! The chicken was crispy to the last bite. And the chicken is white and juicy. The Chicken Sandwich hits your pallet with an explosion of flavor! Plus! All their sides are amazing! The Mac and cheese, loaded potato salad, and French fries are all great!

After trying it the first time, I couldn’t stop telling my friends about it. I finally got my girlfriend to go with me and she kept saying “Wow, this is so good”. They don’t skimp on the pickles. I’ve never liked cole slaw on a sandwich, but it compliments it so well.

They have a range from no spice (Plain Jay) to really hot (Fire). I like a tid bit of heat, so the Mild is perfect. Will definitely be frequenting Jaybirds.

Also, the staff are super friendly which makes it just that...

Came here earlier today. The lady in the front rude like always every time I go she says they don’t have the alcoholic beverage I like. She was even rude to my underage son. I was not aware about not having sodas since I always get the alcoholic beverage. After asking what drinks do they have she responded with “the ones we have on the menu” and “these” she points at the teas and water, I said ok can u say them to me . After being made felt uncomfortable and or less. I told her to cancel my order I had for my family of 5 and walked out. Never coming here again! Great food bad service! She is the one that’s in front most of time now , has tattoos on arm. When I first went or jay birds there was a guy. Real nice guy. Not sure if he was the one cooking today. He’s the one that introduced me to this...
