If you’re a tourist or local, do not shop here. This shop sells tacky, poorly made “toys” and shirts that will break or fall apart within days to weeks of owning it.
The owners of this store are extremely predatory with their sales tactics. Purposefully not labeling a good majority of their merchandise, or will mislabel with the wrong price. And upon trying to check out they will attempt to sell you a product for 8x the price of what it’s worth. This is not an exaggeration. A small tacky magnet, smaller than the palm of your will cost you about $17. If you question them they’ll beg you to purchase it and claim they’re giving you a good deal. And that it’s true value is $50.
This is absolutely disgusting behavior on their part. And paints a bad picture for the city. And not to mention, ontop of the horrible pricing, the cashier will also flip their iPad around and give you an option to tip them. Completely pathetic.
If you’re a tourist and just dying to buy some funny gift or souvenir, please know there is better shops to purchase from. You do not have to be at their mercy.
I truly hope this business fails and that the prime spot they have on mainstreet is given to a...
Read moreWish I would have read the reviews on here before wasting my money. Spent almost $400 on 3 shirts for my husband, 3 shirts for myself, a pair of shorts, and a keychain souvenir. He'd initially told me "special price for you, $10!!!" So I picked out a bunch of shirts thinking it would be around $150.... $200 at the very most. He tried getting me to buy more at the wnd, when I asked him what my total was. He said "you get special promotion! You get 2 free shirts, you just pay for print!!!" I declined, because it had already taken me so long to decide what I wanted on my existing selection. I'm glad it worked out that way because it would have overdrawn my account had I gotten anything else! He also said he put a "protection coat" over the print, it normally costs (x stupid amount) "but I only charge you (x stupid fraction of x stupid amount)!!!" I literally wore one of my shirts for half a day, didn't even wash it, and the print is already cracking. I should have just shopped at the buckle tor that price! At least you get what you pay for at name brand places! I'm so disappointed, they really know how to trick tourists - guess that's why they have the job...
Read moreBEWARE!!!!!!!!! My family and I went into the store to get souvenirs, you know you usually think cheap crappy shirts right? No we got about a $200 price tag on our crappy shirts. My mother was in a so much shock when he told us this that she didn't know how to react. He grabbed her debit card and stuck it into the machine before she could consent to the price after hustling us into buying more because they said that if you bought 3 you got one free. Good deal right! Not when they charge you $7.99 a letter. We got a shirt that was already printed we ask "how much is the shirt with the panda on it" we are told that it is $34.99 a little pricey but not to bad, however it was rung up as $64. Not only do they lie about their pricing they cheat money out of people, and practically force you out of the purchase more than...
