Let me just start by saying I've worked in fast food industry an popular restaurants . I came here last week got my whole family a meal . As I'm eating my food I notice a long black hair . I call up and a young gentleman did assist , I gave him my receipt number and he said he would have food made again. What I really don't understand why workers do this is they ask once I returned the food "what happened to the rest of the food? " well it was ate obviously, I'm sorry, how was I suppose to know that there would be a hair in my good mid way eating? I didn't even notice the hair till I wanted to eat the chicken . But they seemed more concerned about the food missing that I payed for instead of their mistake. Like I said I've worked in food industry , I had no problem remaking the food even if it's ate or not , because it's not the customers fault.

This location has the best staff ever. So many friendly people work here. The drive thru is super quick and can accommodate a lot of vehicles as there are two lanes. The inside of the restaurant is cozy, with just enough seating for the dinner rush. I went right at 6:30 pm and had to wait in a short line and was still able to find a seat. The interior is very clean and eccentrically decorated, with disco balls and Elvis paintings. The restroom was clean and they even have paper towels. Thank the Lord. There is also a large outdoor patio with lots of seating for the warmer months.

DISGUSTING SLOP. This was the first time I’ve been to this place. I’m disgusted at the food I got. I ordered a chicken sandwich. The lettuce was uneditable, disgusting, old and slimy. Zero respect when preparing food for a human being. Even a stray dog wouldn’t eat this garbage. The gristle filled chicken sandwich was so drenched in the sauce that it was saturated beyond even being able to hold. What a rip off. I paid $13.02 for one NASTY chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke.

As a former Canes enthusiast, I am deeply saddened to write out my retirement from the Caniac title. This Canes has been a personal landmark for me since 2020; my rock for 4 lively years. However, since around mid 2023, something about Canes just hasn’t hit the same, so recently I haven’t been going as much. Tonight, my girlfriend and I decided to revisit our roots and swing by. All of a sudden 15 minutes pass and we haven’t moved in the drive through. This was a bit frustrating, but it always means the chicken will be extra fresh, so we shrugged it off. Another 10 minutes go by and we receive the tenders epiclly. We then park in our spot to feast, and upon first bite, a room temperature, soggy chicken tender approaches each of our pallets. The real butter on the texas toast for me was the half closed Canes sauce cup that got sauce drips on everything in my box without my permission. We were appalled. This was not the Canes that cradled me through thick and thin over these last 4 years. As a professional Caniac, I am aware that not every trip to Canes will be smoking fresh, but being served sub par tenders after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through and paying $40 in this economy is just heartbreaking. Because of this experience, I am retiring my title as official Caniac. Thank you Canes, for everything, but...

Cane's is great, the food is good, the service is always great. I've never had a bad experience at any Cane's location.

However, lately the price of a Caniac combo has reached $18. It's hard to justify coming here for a bite to eat when you can easily dine in at any other restaurant and get something better, or a lot more food for that price. Take In-N-Out for example, you could easily get 3 burgers for the same price as one combo.

I remember when the Caniac was raised to $15, and even then it seemed expensive for what it was. The company is reporting record profits as well, so it makes very little to no sense for them to continually pump up prices. Nothing short of unchecked corporate greed. They're just taking advantage of their popularity to gouge their loyal consumers.

Take your money somewhere else, you'll enjoy it more.

I won't be coming back to Cane's, the prices are...

Avoid Canes in Huntington Beach on Saturday. When we arrived, we went through the drive-through as the app had instructed. When we pulled up to the pickup window, we were told that we had to come inside.

We asked why they couldn't just give it to us there. The young lady at the window threw a bunch of attitude and got upset. So, we asked to cancel the order. She said "fine". About 15-20 minutes later, we called back to confirm that we were going to get a refund. The lady said "no problem" and then hung up on us.

We called back on Monday, but there was no response. The same thing happened on Tuesday. So now, we're forced to file a chargeback. It's very unfortunate.

The general manager never comes to work and doesn't know how to call people back. This experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. We won't be returning to Canes anymore because this is...
