As a loyal patron since its inception nine years ago, Simmzy’s has consistently exceeded expectations. It's more than just a gastro pub; it's a culinary journey, a warm embrace, and a testament to exceptional hospitality.

Many of the servers have been there for years and have become friends including my favorite, Kiefer. They are all knowledgeable and passionate about the menu, effortlessly guiding you through the culinary offerings, tailoring recommendations to your preferences. Their ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations is truly commendable.

Jessica is the epitome of hospitality, always visible, always engaged, and always ensuring that every guest feels valued. Their dedication to fostering a positive and efficient work environment is evident in the seamless service and friendly demeanor of the entire staff.

We only takeout or deliver from Simmzy's, but we've been ordering from here for years. The food is great. We usually get the gem cesar salad with salmon, the white shrimp salad, and then share an appetizer or burger. Good portions on everything as well.

The reason I'm finally posting is because of an issue. We ordered three items from GrubHub but only received two. The bill was correct, and the missing salad sides were in the bag. We contacted GrubHub, and they said they delivered what was in the bag, but they did refund the missing item. They advised us to contact the restaurant.

I called Shimmzy's and they were so helpful and apologetic. They don't have a direct delivery service, but they offered to provide the missing item for free pickup in 10 minutes. When I arrived the manager (William Burpee) came right out and again apologized, explained the situation (I'll spare the details, but it does sound like a GrubHub mistake), and handed me the item. He then gave me a gift card which was completely unnecessary.

I hope the restaurant owner, general manager, etc read this and know that William is amazing. In a time where customer service is not always a priority, William went so far above and beyond that we will be more frequent customer than before. Thank...

A place to eat in HB. Pacific City outdoor mall to be more specific. Ocean views,,,,and you pay for them $15-$22 hamburgers. Got the poke bowl. It was......OK, pretty good I guess. Not much there though. It must have only been about an oz of Ahi for $16. A bit underwhelmed to be honest. Cucumbers were tasty, crunchy, and fresh. Rice was good as well. Lots of beers to choose from written in chalk on a board, but not offered on menu or from server. I didn't notice untill I was 1/2 way through my beer. Wait was about 30 min just as told. Said it would be another 10-15 to sit outside, which is what we requested in the 1st place. Asked server and host and none were available. If something came up they would let us know. Not more than 1 min passed and 2 parties of 4 (we were a party of 3) were seated outside.( they came after us). Others in our party enjoyed their overly greesy burgers and fries. I prefer other places; probably will not go back. It was good, just not great for the prices and service. ...
