I've been a customer at this restaurant for over 5 years. I've always purchased food and various boba drinks. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience that ruined my entire perception of this establishment and made me come to the decision that I will never be a customer here again. I purchased a Thai tea with boba and realized that it tasted very sour. This has never happened to me before and I have purchased the same type of drink without issues. I decided to return to the store with the drink to let the staff know. When I told the female worker (who to my understanding is the manager) she was shocked and seemed almost offended. She told me that no one has ever had that issue and even questioned if it was my first time purchasing there. I reaffirmed that it was sour and she just stared at me and kept denying. I suggested she try it herself to see what I meant. When she did she insisted that it tasted fine and that thai tea always tastes that way. She was clearly annoyed throughout the whole interaction and told me that she couldn't give me a refund since the drink was fine according to her. I asked if she could at least make me another type of drink and she laughed. She did end up making me another but not without giving me attitude, shaking her head continuously, rolling her eyes, and talking to her coworker about the situation in their language. When she was finished she slammed the drink on the counter in front of me. I thanked her for the drink but let her know that her behavior was uncalled for and I didn't come in with the intention of causing issues or trying to take advantage. I felt embarrassed because she raised her voice at me when everything happened even though other customers were around, one even checked up on me when we both exited. Overall I'm very disappointed and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. However, if you're looking for a restaurant with a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and questionable food quality give this...
Read moreI ate here two days ago right before they were about to close and even though most of the food was already gone they offered to make as much as i wanted which is really sweet because they didn’t care if they were about to close they just cared about us getting the amount of food we wanted. The drinks are super good they have a wide variety of drinks and i’d say my favorite are the milk teas and bobas. The prices are low for the amount of food i get. It was like 22 for two plates full of food. Usually is lower then that for example when i go and pay individually my comes up to 10 bucks and my plate is full. Theres always people there but there always seats available which i love because me and my girlfriend get to eat inside instead of looking for somewhere else to eat. The daughter is very sweet and easy going. The mom does seem more intimidating but she’s the sweetest when it comes to her customers, She’s very considerate. The food is always very warm and tasty not to dry nor oily just perfect for my liking. The chow mein is so super good my favorite dish i’d get a whole plate of it i believe it’s the best chow mein i’ve had. Theres snacks as well little treats you may enjoy after eating a meal. There’s chips and sweets and sushi. I overall love this place my to go to place. Never get bored of it....
Read moreThis place is always a no-brainer. A HUGE container will be about $15 to $20, and it feeds my whole family. The boba is very good and low cost too. It's about $4 for a milk tea with boba and 4.50 for a slushie. This place serves quality food for so cheap. They are constantly rotating the food, too. As soon as one is done, they bring out the freshly cooked one, so theres hardly anything empty. If you're looking for a quick low-budget bite, this is the perfect...
