We had a really bad experience with the server that help us tonight her name is Edgir D. I believe that’s her name because it appears on my receipt. First of all she was rushing us to order when we had just enter the place not even a Hi or something nice so say just a bothered face she had. Second I told her to give us a second, when I was ready to order I told her we were ready to order and she totally ignore me!!! She was cleaning instead. Until another employee came closer to the register I told him if someone could help us because we were ready to order, he said that someone was going to help us, I’m pretty sure this girl heard me!! but this girl had me waiting until she finish cleaning WTH??? Costumers are priority in a business !!!!!!! When she finally came to take my order she was still been so rude like she was so annoyed by people or something if you have problems leave them aside of your job!!! I was about to leave and not order anything just because of how I was treated by this employee I was so mad and I saw a Korean guy I wasn’t sure if he was the owner almost wanted to make a complain in person but didn’t want to ruin more my night.… Edgir or whatever name you have if you hate your job quit and find yourself another job that makes you happy 😊 ! I took some pictures of her just in case is not her name that appears on the receipt

This has to be the most ridiculous boba time I've ever gone too! I couldn't purchase a single scoop of ice cream (which I'm able too in other bobas) the person I'm guessing in charge had to explain how it's a franchise and couldn't sell to me due to not having the cup to put the scoop on? That didn't matter, anyway I ordered a shaved ice with the ice cream flavor I wanted and clearly it was such a small scoop and it was placed at the top ready to fall. Also, I didn't want kiwi (on the cup shaved ice) I kindly asked to replace kiwi for more mangoes, but guess what. That would be extra! For replacing a fruit? I asked for a separate cup to divide the drink since it was clearly to the top, they said thats $1, for a separate cup? Since when? I asked for a water cup and it's also $1. Who pays $1 for a tiny cup of water, this was ridiculous.

Don’t go here if you don’t like waiting for your drinks that are supposed to be ready 25+ minutes ago. Why have an order online option if when you go inside to pick up NO ONE IS AT THE COUNTER TO ASSIST YOU. YOU ARE STANDING THEIR LIKE AN IDIOT. You have to legit shout and say excuse me or else they’ll continue to ignore you. The girl with her hair up with curls on the side ignored me when i told her i was there to pick up a mobile order. Had to ask the other girl with black hair there and she was rude as well and the drinks weren’t even made had to wait another 10 minutes. They need to fix their customer service big time
