Arby's — Restaurant in Huntington

Well for starters Arbys is my husband's favorite fast food restaurant always has been. Anyways, the order taker was very rude, inpatient and disrespectful. That person claimed we were liars trying to steal from Arbys because we tried to order a special deal going on at this time...2 bacon roast beef sandwiches for $6.00 She countered with attitude and accusations and since she never heard about this we were lying thieves!!! So I pointed the special out to her along with other promotions and she accused me of making it all on my own to trick her. Needless to say she doesn't belong interacting with customers. Also, we've visited this Arbys quiet a few times probably 10 in 3 years. This location isn't anything good besides the simple fact it trys to serve Arbys foods. You may ask why we've visited the 10 times since I don't have much good opinions of this fast food location. Well it's the closes to my location and if I went to the next closes location id have to travel over 40 miles. So we try to hit arby's when we go out of town but with our schedules we only go out of town once a week give or take. Back to this location... AGAIN THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION... but it's always dirty I ALWAYS have to clean our table off and seats because of them all being dirty, then it's not up to date and ran down, and EVERYTIME we go in or drive thru we've had nothing other than rudeness, impatience, ignorance... just flat out...

*update: we did return on 1/25 around 4pm EST, ordering shakes and fries. The window attendant was very kind and pleasant and our items were well made and presented. This experience was in stark contrast to the last; thank you!

I normally don't leave poor reviews. This visit was pretty below par. I ordered a wrap to go. It was inedible, the wrap completely shredded and deconstructed. Because of the way it was torn and then saturated inside and out with sauce, it was only really edible with a fork later, not on the go as intended. When I ordered, the person taking my order consistently interrupted me to ask me what I wanted while I was telling him (the drink, for instance) and was very short with me and rude. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience. I visited this Arby’s a few days ago and witnessed behavior from one of the employees, Corey, that made me very uncomfortable. He was interacting with a few younger female employees in a way that came off as creepy and unprofessional. It was obvious that they were uncomfortable, and honestly, so was I just witnessing it.

It’s upsetting to see that kind of behavior in a workplace, especially when it involves younger staff who may not feel empowered to speak up. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures a safe and respectful environment for all employees. Until then, I won’t...
