The chubby blonde girl gave my friend and I the worst service we had ever experienced at a restaurant. We don’t even know her name because she didn’t stick around long enough for us to learn it. Neither of us were given refills, and she brought our checks separate without even asking (they were meant to be together). She acted as if we had come in five minutes before closing, and brought us our checks after not even thirty minutes. The place didn’t close for another two hours! She brought our apps and entrees at the same time, so of course our apps were cold. My friend thought she received the wrong flavor of wings, but the waitress dismissed her concern very coldly and immediately walked off after that. We literally have never had anybody that mean and uncaring in food service, EVER. My friend was nearly brought to tears by this woman’s attitude, and pleaded with me to let us just leave. We almost left our food there, that’s how bad it was. Read moreWith all the buzz to use Grubhub or Doordash and limit exposure to the public to lessen the risk of transmission of COVID......it would sure be nice to get the entire order when placing an order. I'm all about giving people/business the benefit of the doubt. So, not only once, twice or even three times...BUT 4-FOUR TIMES....---they have left off one of my meals from the whole order. I don't understand what the problem is. I have called and complained with no change of behavior/service. I am told to re-order and they will resend with no charge and even refund my money. What is the guarantee that my food will not be tampered with?! Why offer the service if you aren't going to ensure the entire order is sent with the delivery driver. And, this has happened while I was at work, a time or two.....I can't leave my work to pick the order up to ensure it is all there and my lunch times are scheduled. So....no food to be consumed %$&*#@/

Read more2 orders on 2 separate occasions and both times they got the oder wrong. First time I ordered extra cheese sauce for the pretzels and got ZERO cheese sauce. The second time I ordered a fried wrap with diced cucumber, banana peppers and blue cheese crumbles and got grilled chicken with no cups, peppers or cheese crumbles. When I called and made them aware, all I got from the manager was "sorry were super busy tonight but I can give you a gift certificate for the wrap but you can only use it at this location".... why would I want to use it there only for my order to be messed up again?! For the price I paid for my order, it should have been exactly as requested!!! I even took pics of the receipt and wrap for proof but unfortunately I can't add them to this review. CONSIDERING THE PRICE, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER PATRON SUCH A LOWSY...
