I ordered a white sauce pizza with light tomatoes on one side and made the other side plain. I went and picked it up, and halfway home noticed that the tomato side had onions, tomatoes, and chicken. I'd normally pick off ingredients, but it was covered so much that it would've tore the cheese off completely on that side. I took it back and they told me where I ordered on the website, they couldn't fix it. I didn't understand, because it was the Marco's website and not door dash. They said they must have accidentally made a Marguerita pizza on that side, but the Marguerita pizza doesn't have chicken or onions. I had to argue for them to remake it. I even double checked that I ordered right. After 40 minutes, which it usually takes them twenty, so I'm not sure if it was a rough day or on purpose, I got my pizza. It looked correct, so I got home and took a bite and it was just bread and cheese. The tomatoes were on the one side like I asked, but there wasn't a lick of sauce. I'm just very disappointed. Read morePlaced an order online for carryout (2 topping med pizza). Arrived at store in about 20 mins, walked in and only 2 employees working with what looked to be making about 10 pizzas. After a couple minutes one of the employees finally noticed I was there. I gave him my name and I got the “deer in the head lights look”. He then proceeded to pull my ticket order that printed out that they didnt realize was there. He apologized and said they had beem slammed. I understand, I paid and told him I would come back in a little while. 10 mins later I got notification the pizza was ready. I knew then what I was going to get, a rushed slapped together pizza quickly made which is in fact what I got. I am not sure if Marcos management realizes but they are only one of two pizza restaurants open after 10 pm on Saturday and with only 2 employees working they are set up to fail! Surely you can do better! The only thing I have to complain about the employees is why rush and make a quick pizza that will obviously not turn out as normal. This evening I ordered 2 pizzas on the app, with my order confirmation correctly showing an $8.99 one topping special with a second cheese pizza with added toppings below it. I got to the store and there was 1 pizza only with the guy at the counter saying I had a single $8.99 pizza special with $15.00 of extra toppings This would, of course, be idiotic. I concede there was perhaps a problem on the app. Though I do not believe this to be true, I would even concede I made a mistake operating a simple pizza app that I have been using for years. However, the guy who spoke with me appeared to be a store manager and said “we don’t have anything to do with the app” and when I asked why I would pay $28 for a $9 pizza his solution was “well then don’t pay for it.” No other solution was offered so I took his recommendation and will do so...
