If I could give zero stars I would. I donāt know whatās happened here in the last six months, but this place needs a complete overhaul. My wife and I have been consistent patrons and pass this particular establishment frequently, but in the future I will go out of the way to go to a different location if I want anything. I can count the number of times on one hand I have had a positive experience here in the last three months alone. Has very little to do with the food, aside from the one time it gave me food poisoning. Outside of that one occasion food wise itās been okay. Itās really just about basic communication skills and a complete inability to demonstrate kindness. Here and there yes we experience somebody nice. But my wife and I both have been snapped at on several occasions. The two most memorable were asking if we could get a larger drink for something and instead of just being told no they made sure every word was sharp with this āhow dare you askāātone. The other occasion was when they rang up the wrong thing and when I made them aware, politely I may add and even said sorry despite it not being my error, I got snapped at and mocked by one of the cashiers who threw a slur out to the other one then they both laughed at me. Is it seriously that difficult just to be decent? Iāve continued coming there knowing one person or employee doesnāt make a place or all there bad and Iām somebody that always says please and thank you as is my wife being individuals that have both worked in food service in the past knowing the job can be frustrating. On September 24, 2025, he called work at 6 PM because his laundry had been stolen, including his uniform shirt. He spoke to staff, explained the situation, and was told it was not a problemāthat he would be given a replacement shirt when he arrived. He was scheduled for 7 PM.
Despite that, he later received notice that Julia recorded him as calling off and being an hour late, which was not the case. I personally heard his phone call, and I know what was actually said. This kind of false reporting is unfair, unprofessional, and puts an employeeās livelihood at risk. He is a dedicated worker with a baby, a home, and bills to take care of same as her. Employees deserve accurate documentation and fair treatment, not personal bias or misrepresentation. Every time I've been around him while she is around, she is rude. And if you would like you can call and talk to me, I would be more than willing to talk to you. It's okay not to like people.You work with but it's another when you're obviously lying and doing things in front of other customers. And i'm pretty sure that there's laws in place to protect employees from people like her. He did not call and say he was going to be late at all. He called to let them know he was doing laundry and his laundry had just been stolen, but yeah, she updated it with yet another lie that's not okay.And you really do need to look into management

I should have stopped going when I realized it consistently takes 15 minutes for a regular burger.
I should have stopped going when I was told I couldn't get a black coffee because they were out of pumpkin flavor.
I will finally stop going after today when I was waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through with no answer, switched my mobile order to counter pick up. I waited for a bit before I came inside, and ended up waiting for another 15 minutes. I only got my cold food after I insisted the cashier check the order number on the bag that had been placed on the pickup table with the ticket facing the wall.
In the grand tradition of West Virginia, everyone in this location continues to mine deeper and deeper.
