If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to order my food first time trying Arby’s recommended by my sister. I went in to order 4 chicken wraps, 2 medium curly fries and a large drink for my daughter and I. I mentioned I would like everything cooked to order. The manager Lisa was extremely rude when I noticed she had my fries on a tray sitting, I saw her put in a new basket of fries I asked if I could have my fries from the new batch instead of the ones she had just sitting on the tray. She looked at me and said these are fresh too I again stated I had been standing there at least 5 min or so and I did not want those and would wait in the others to come out the grease she abruptly grabbed the fries and threw them in the fry holder at that point I no longer wanted to eat at at this restaurant disgusted by the behavior of the manager. I asked for my money back she took my receipt and stated you asked for your food fresh and those fries were fresh I restated to her that they had been sitting on the tray not the warmer for at least 5 minutes or so and there was a fly flying around and which that point I no longer considered them fresh. I again stated I’ll just take a refund she got smart with me very unprofessionally and stated “ I’m gonna give you one” I looked and her in surprise and stated ok I know thanks. Then she stated we don’t like customers like you. Being a black American and her being a white American I took super offense to that statement my daughter looked at me as if mommy what does she mean people like us. I than stated that I would not be returning, Than she told me don’t and again stated we don’t like people like you I really feel belittled and that she was racist. Read moreUPDATE REVIEW: 8-7-23 Super nice interactions with the employees at the order counter. Ms. Bea was very friendly, professional and courteous. This visit was very enjoyable and the food was spot on. Restrooms were clean, but they sure could use a serious deep cleaning. Non the less I have seen much worse. Thank you to all who made it happen.
UPDATED REVIEW: Still 5 Stars, but... FYI, I stopped back in on 5/31/2021 as I was in the area and ordered the same as the original review (2 Gyro special). Service was good and fairly timely. The only exception today was I decided to try one of the Gyros with the "spicy" option... my advice, DON'T DO IT!!! All that happens is that they slather it with hot sauce. Period nothing else. I was expecting it to be a different meat with spicy seasoning and such, what a let down! Although I love spicy food, I was let down... Life goes on, just be aware. BTW still only take service is available. Your results may vary. Enjoy
WOW! Should be rated as a 5++++ location. I was floored when I saw the sandwiches (Gyros)!! Fully packed and over flowing with tasty delights. I was kind of bummed that it is only take out (drive thru), but that's a Corporate I guess decision? Anyway the order process was fast and so was the delivery. Found a nice shade tree behind the building and was in bliss!!! Very good meal, well presented, nice service, excellent customer service skills (please, thank you, etc...). Read moreI went last weekend and the shift manager Lisa has a bad attitude and poor customer service. She was rude at the drive thru speaker. You could clearly tell I was an inconvenience to her by ordering. Or maybe it was that she had to be at work. I ordered a combo and a med shake. I didn’t know there were only 2 sizes of shakes when I ordered and she didn’t let me know. When I got to the window she handed me my drink and shake. I questioned the size of the shake, that’s when she told me there were 2 sizes. I handed her my card. She gave it back to me and I took it. Then She said “really” I said really what? She said “really you’re just going to snatch that out of my hand?” Then she closed the window. I was shocked that she had talked to me like that. I didn’t think I snatched anything. She finally came back to the window with my food and I handed her the drinks and receipts back and asked for a manager and a refund. She let me know that she was sick with pneumonia and to make sure I let someone know when I called to complain. Everyone has bad or sick days.
