Arby's — Restaurant in Huntsville

I think I'm done with this location. Last three times I've tried to go there for lunch and they got my order wrong all three times. Apparently you can no longer get a regular roast beef sandwich at any Arby's. At least not this location. They will only give you Beef & Cheddar's. I also ordered a Reese's cookie and they gave me a salted caramel cookie instead. Finally, at least two out of my three most recent attempts at this location I have specifically asked for Arby's sauce and gotten nothing.

To top it all off, the lady in the drive-thru just seemed like she didn't want to have to deal with me, even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru. I felt like I was a hassle for her. I could overlook this if my order wasn't always wrong. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Honestly, I only bring it up because this place used to be amazing with customer service.

Always the cleanest, nicest Arby’s in town, I’m really loving the new Deluxe Crispy Juicy chicken sandwich! The chicken is exactly as described. Lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese are wonderful, and the pickle! Arby’s went all out with a Clausen quality, length cut pickle that makes the crispy juicy chicken pop with that garlic dill crisp flavor that’s so good together. Just the right amount of mayo and you’ve got a contender to give Chick-Fil-A and Popeye’s some serious competition!

Of course everything else at Arby’s is so good. You can eat here every day and get something different and delicious. I love the Greek gyros and the specialty meats Arby’s has from time to time like the Pork Belly.

Well what can I say, I’m not going back after learning that this location passes out room temp bacon on their BLT sandwiches, mine was refrigerator cold and I have never had this to happen, the young lady came to window and tried explaining that this was the way it gets served, I asked for double bacon and double lettuce no tomatoe, after giving them a chance to fix it my sandwich wasn’t made again they just microwaved the whole thing, thereby ruining it, after her trying to explain the level of cooking they do to ensure food safety, I can never return. I want all customers to know that should you get sick, it’s just normal cooking procedures to leave items at room temperature.
