We ordered takeout at 6:57pm on a Tuesday night. This was not the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to our house, but was on our way home from an errand. We live about 20-25 min away. First, I could barely understand what the guy taking our order was saying and kept having to repeat myself. After 40 minutes of waiting, they finally called my name and handed me what I thought was my order. I was so upset due to having to wait so long that I didn’t even check my bag to make sure they got my order right before I left. I mean after 40 minutes, you’d think they would have taken the time to do that. We make the 25 min drive home and open the bag to realize it’s not our order at all. Not even close. So I get back in my car and call the restaurant on my way back to tell them they gave me the wrong order. I was placed on hold for a few minutes while the guy that answered the phone got the manager. She proceeded to tell me that I took the wrong bag and it was a large order, which they had to remake and she didn’t know how they could mix up a 40 piece wings order with a snack. I told her that I didn’t just order a snack, but had a total of 28 wings and fries. I felt as if she was blaming me- because I wanted to get home, find out I got the wrong food, and drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my correct order. She never apologized and said that my food was already ready from before and I could come exchange the wrong order for mine. I said that that food was made 40 min ago and by the time I get there it will be an hour old and that I didn’t want hour old food. She said she’d tell the kitchen to remake it. Again, no apology at all. So I drive back to the restaurant and tell the guy I called and spoke to the manager and she said they would remake my food, gave my name and receipt, and handed back the food. That guy said he’d check on it and then disappeared to the host stand for 30 min. After waiting about 5 min, the manager came up and asked the 5 ppl waiting for takeout their names so she could check on their orders. I gave her my name. She offered everyone else that had been waiting for a while on takeout a free appetizer and an apology, but not me. I watched every person get their food except one before mine arrived 50 minutes after I called and talked to the manager and 30 minutes after I arrived back at the restaurant - @ 9pm. Read moreWorst experience my family and I had at BDubs. We decided to go to BDubs on new years day, to do what you do at BW, watch a bowl game and get some wings. First and foremost when we came in we were told that they was short staffed and only half of the Restaurant was open( ok, completely understandable) so we get seated, we're watching the LSU vs UCF game when our server greets us, repeats what we were told when we walk in(Ok, Cool, no issue with that) she takes our drink order and we get our drinks, and we order. This is about 1:00pm, now being that only half of the Restaurant is open you really notice when people are coming and going, and my wife and I notice a couple come in get seated and place an order as well, and a second couple do the same thing. So as we're watching the game we noticed that both couples have gotten there food and are well into there meals. So at this point I'm no longer invested in the game, I'm wondering what's taking so longer for our food to come out. So it's now 1:45-2:00 when our food finally comes out, and as there placing it on our table the first thing I notice is the lettuce on my nachos is dry, so I touch my onion rings, and they're cold, I take a mozzarella stick and pull it apart and it just breaks. So my wife tells our server that it obviously been sitting in the back for sometime and we'd like it to be remade, she says "you'll have to wait awhile due to our volume" and my wife responds by say "No it needs to be a priority and it needs to come quick, cause its obviously been sitting in the back being overlooked and it has set and gotten cold" so the server who turns out to be the store manager decides to get loud and get a attitude. My wife get upset as well, cause we had no problem waiting, things happen, but when we inform you of a mistake and you do nothing to fix it, or imply that cause of you alls mistake we have to basically be fall to the back of the pecking order is wrong on all accords. So after wasting and hour and fifteen minutes we decided to just pay for our drinks and leave. We love BDubs, and wont stop going to eat there, but we'll never step foot back...

On 12/30/2018, a group of my friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at 7042 University Dr. NW Huntsville, Al 35806 as a celebration for my girl friends 29th birthday. When we arrived, we waited 45 Mins to be seated only after the hostest informed us they were out of wings, burgers and only had a small selection fries. We asked her if they had enough wings to serve a group of 10 and she said yes. As we took our tables to be seated, we were greeted by an unfriendly, impatient, passive aggressive waitress, who seem to be more concerned with getting us out the resturant rather than serving us. Our drink orders took too long to arrive, being that the majority of us only ordered water. Our food orders where placed and once completed, came out cold, uncompleted, and tasting horrible. When we addressed the waitress about a particular dishes being cold and another uncompleted, the waitress pretty much stated there was nothing she could do about it walked away. While our party was sitting and having our discussion over the horrible service that was being provided, we could overhear the staffing from across the bar area making comments such as "they should have ate at home." Etc.
Due to the poor quality of food, rudeness of the staff, and overall customer service, some of our guest left prior receiving their meals.
We made contact with the manager and requested to be compensted for our inconvienence and poor customer service. We request the items that were inedible to be removed from our tabs, which the manager was also reluctant to do. Several call were made to the corporate office in regards to these issues and are currently being addressed.
This by far is the worst dining in experiences I have ever had. If there was a way to give this resturant a zero star rating I would. Save your money, time, energy, and the headache. Go...
