Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

My son wanted to come to this establishment for the pizza and soup. It is Saturday April 13th, 2024 at approximately 4:30 pm. Now, mind you the place is not crowed, maybe 10 people are inside. We put in for 2 buffets and two cups of water. They quoted us $23.96 and we payed. The cashier did not hand us a receipt because he threw it away. Promptly, I asked for a new receipt because the math wasn't adding up correctly. They print me out a new receipt and I see they've charged me $3.98 for 2 waters. Of course, I tell them and they refund the $3.98, without the taxes. No biggie...on the tax so, I let it slide. We get to the food bar and it's completely bare. I have pictures to prove it. They tell us to wait. 10 minutes go by and still very little. I had to ask for them to refill on multiple times. My son wanted some soup. "He goes up there and ask will they refill the soup?" They inform him they're not going to refill it. I go up there and reask and she tells me putting soup out is the last thing on her mind. She states the register is more important. As if we hadn't paid for our meals. She also tells me I could not take pictures of the food bar. At the time there are no written notices stating this. Her demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional. I let her know that I'm never coming back and they need to be shut down. I made sure I said it in front of and loud enough for the camera to pick up.This woman tells me to leave and calls the The HPD on me for expressing how unsatisfactory my experience was. I AM GOING REINERATE....IM NEVER COMING BACK TO CICIS PIZZA!!! I told them I'm not leaving until I receive a full refund. They refund us and we left. They deserve...

Note, I have not been to CiCi's in years. On Thursday May 4th 2023 @ 730, we came to dine in with six of the young men from church after a scheduling conflict at the church. We opted to go and eat pizza. I got their first and opted to pay for the group. I counted only seven and paid for seven. When my colleague arrived, it was actually a total of 8 of us. Realizing the error he pays for one additional person but he was rung up for two. I noticed the error and told it was only eight of us. She stated that it was 10 of that came in. Confused I decided to deal with it after the meal. I approached her once more and she repeated the same thing and walked away mid conversation. I was about drop it at this point and just write a review about Sxxxx and her poor service. However, I decided to mention it to another employee that I failed to catch his name. He did a great job listening and hearing me out. She walks up attempting to interrupt the conversation. However, he was focused and reasonable. He had our entire party come up to be counted. He refunded the difference. Thanks. I wish I would have gave it to him as a tip. It was not about the money...He was very polite earlier when I requested a custom pizza. He actually came over to let us know it was ready. Kudos to him. As for his colleague, a little courtesy and communication skills will go a long way. I came to Cicis today with my family and I presented a coupon that I got in the mail for $4.99 adult buffet. Upon showing my coupon they tell me that they only will accept it on Monday and Tuesdays.. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that. I go ahead and pay full price for our meal, we get to the drink station and everything is out except for Hi C, and Powerade. So the only drinks available are that and tea. The store was not busy, yet there were barely any pizzas out except for pepperoni and a burnt bbq flatbread and some dry/ old pizzas. The condiments at the salad station were not filled (as always) and the marinara sauce for noodles was very low as well. Every time I come here the food is like this so I don’t come often, but I thought since I brought a coupon we would come eat. This will be my last time coming to Cicis, this establishment has slowly gone downhill for a while. It’s a waste of money having to pay $25 for 2 people when you have to request pizza to be cooked and for sauces to be filled on top of that. Then not even have a good range of drink options. And the brownies are always undercooked as well. The only utensils were spoons and knives. Like I have stated this wasn’t the first time that it’s been like this, this has been going on...
