Me and my family went on September 15, 2021in the evening. We went to this restaurant based on reviews. This was our first time there. We are visiting from Texas. The food was good. The staff wasn’t very friendly, they all seemed to be just there to do a job not make costumers feel welcomed. I’ll get straight to the point, after we ate and paid our tab a random waiter came to bring our check, our original waitress never came back to check on us after getting our orders out, later after eating we stuck up a conversation with a (busboy)at the end of our meal but noticed a another waitress rushing him and not letting him talk to us, she rudely interrupted our conversation, she was anxious to clean and get people out. I proceeded to go to the restroom, as I was in the restroom ( in the stall ) the same waitress came in and held the door wide open she gave orders to the same ( busboy) to clean and take out trash bags, I noticed through the stall he was inside the woman’s bathroom. I couldn’t continue to be in the restroom while a man was in there, it was very uncomfortable, I then stop using the restroom and came out and washed my hands. I asked him why was he stayed inside while I was obviously still inside and not waited until I came out, he then replied “ you heard the lady ( waitress) she ordered me to come in and take out trash, as I talked to him she came back into the restroom so I then proceeded to ask her why …. I said “ you see me in here and acknowledge I’m using the restroom but still you let a man in to clean disregarding that I’m was trying to use the restroom and do my business in here “ she then replied “sorry” but her English was very bad ( She is Asian) so I assumed she didn’t understand me, so I went to front and told the cashier my situation to make sure they can understand how she literally ordered the busboy into restroom while I was using it. This situation was very awkward and unnecessary. The staff should make customers feel more welcomed. My mother’s piña colada wasn’t good my family’s drinks were alright not great Our waitress disappeared Restaurant was clean Food was delicious Prices are reasonable $192 for 4 people Our tip to our waitress was $50 even though she never came back to check on our table. Read morei am so extremely upset... I’ve spent a extremely lot of money in this place and I’ve always got my oysters without being rinsed off Because it take away the salty Bremy taste. This time they accidentally rinsed my oysters off so I called for a manager... His name by the name of Adam told me it was against company policy not to rinse oysters off oysters... I asked him can he show me that In the policy which he never did.... I told him I have not had a problem since I’ve been coming here days in a row he told me that whoever rinsed my oysters off will get in trouble.. I knew he didn’t know what he was talking about because who’s going to eat a plain Tasting oyster.. I Saidly told him I didn’t want any of my food If I couldn’t have my oysters remade without being completely rinsed off as I’ve had the pass couple days. He literally picked up all my food and walk away with a sarcastic attitude.I honestly expected him fix the problem but he just grabbed all my food and left. what on earth type of manager does that. Not only did it make me mad but it was embarrassing because I had my wife and five kids with me. About two minutes later a very nice gentleman named Steve came out and told me he understands and that he will crack my oysters and he will not rinse them..he was so extremely understanding and nice and he would not take a tip from me even though I tried to give it to him...Please train your management properly on food policy and procedure. And also train them how to keep a professional attitude and not half a sarcastic attitude toward Customers that spends a lot of money..Honestly I was so upset I didn’t even enjoy my second batch even though they was not rinse and taste perfect...I will definitely be giving management a call early...

He spent $117.70 on 2 orders of food for us and Jin treated him like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman (I wish I was joking) when he placed the order saying, "these orders are pretty expensive", because he had just got off of work to stop by there and get me the seafood boil I had been craving. When he paid for it, with no issue, she rolled her eyes because he didn't tip her. Why would he?? My previous experiences here were amazing so I didn't expect him to tell me that he was treated this way. I called today to tell the manager that Jin may need more training with the public before being put at the front door, because obviously that upset me and would upset anyone with some sense. Only to be told that the manager was not there and I was treated in the same manner that he was. The girl on the phone refused to let me speak to a manager stating that she was the "front manager". She kept asking for an order # instead of listening to my issue. Jin, the order # is 501 and it was a walk-in on 11/14 @ 6:47pm. You would have been tipped at least 20% on that $117.70, but your attitude and the way you treat people is horrendous. You don't need to work with the public anymore. Do better.
